_ . _ . _ . _ . _

"Hyunjin, you've locked yourself in your room for the past two days! Please talk to me!" Minho called out as he knocked insistently on his best friend's door, to no avail.

Hyunjin merely responded with a low, "go away," before going back to moping on top of his bed, phone screen lighting up his face in the dark solitude of his room as he persisted in his search for a certain freckled blonde's Instagram account—he had to find another way to contact him and somehow convince him how stupid it was to block him over such a thing.

Not to mention how even Seungmin wasn't talking to him anymore. The younger, puppy-like boy didn't block him, but it just made it worse because he knew Seungmin was reading his messages and yet choosing to ignore them.

Eventually, he heard Minho let out a sigh from outside his room, the knocking having stopped, and then the sound of retreating footsteps. He knew that he shouldn't let one boy have this much of an effect on him and his life, but honestly? Hyunjin just couldn't get over him...

He was funny, cute, pretty, sassy, and he even liked to dance—as did Hyunjin.

Wouldn't he just be an idiot to let him go so easily..?

Meanwhile, Minho slowly trudged back into the living room where his boyfriend was sitting in front of the TV with a deep frown tugging at his brows. He was concerned for his best friend, and he hardly even knew what was going on with him since he refused to talk to anyone. He supposed he should just be grateful Hyunjin even came out to eat and drink...

Jisung glanced up from the TV screen, noticing the obvious distress on his lover's face, instantly feeling a frown of his own forming. Standing up from the couch, he walked over to where Minho had leaned against the door frame to the living room, arms crossed against his chest.

"Minmin? What's wrong?" He asked, concern laced in his voice as he looked up at the elder, gently unfolding Minho's arms so he could hold his hands instead, expression understanding and similarly worried. "Is it Hyunjin again? Is he still refusing to talk to you?"

The raven-haired looked down at his boyfriend, almost instantly feeling the tightness of worry in his chest ease up a little at the younger's soft, compassionate touch and voice. "Yeah... Yeah, he's... still being depressed. Over some boy blocking him, I'm pretty sure." Minho mumbled in response, nodding his head and letting go of one of one of Jisung's hands in favour of cupping his face gently and brushing his thumb against soft skin in silent gratitude towards the younger man for simply being there.

"Oh..." Jisung simply answered with a soft exhale and an uncertain but sympathetic smile. He understood Minho's concerns as this wasn't like Hyunjin at all.

Hyunjin wasn't the type to fall for someone so quickly and deeply that he'd actually let it effect him this much. He wasn't the type to avoid his best friend and not talk to him when he needed it.

"Give him some time. I'm sure he'll be okay eventually..." The younger added, though Minho still wasn't entirely convinced.

"I dunno, Ji..." He sighed again, clearly unsure if Hyunjin would really be alright; he didn't want his best friend to be this hung up over some boy. "It's just... It's not like him. He's been talking non-stop about him for the past few days—that alone is not like Hyunjin alone. He's just been... rambling, on and on, things like how his fun facts are so random but cute... Something about stupid Heinz ketchup bottles. I thought it was stupid at first but... clearly he'd serious."
