Phoebe shivered, her teeth chattering as she tried to warm herself up. She had been a ghost for so long, she had forgotten what it was like to feel the cold. But now, as a human again, she was acutely aware of the chill in the air. She wrapped her arms around herself, trying to conserve what little body heat she had, but it wasn't enough. She needed something warm to wear, and fast.

Just as she was starting to worry, Catherine appeared beside her, a soft sweater and cozy blanket in her hands. But her face was stern, her eyes flashing with anger. "You're lucky I'm even helping you, Phoebe," she said, her voice cold. "After what you did, I shouldn't even be speaking to you."

Phoebe looked down, feeling a wave of shame wash over her. She knew she had hurt Catherine, and she was deeply sorry for it. "Catherine, I'm so sorry," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I was so blind, I didn't realize what I was doing. Please forgive me."

Catherine's face softened slightly at Phoebe's apology, but her eyes still flashed with anger. "You're so lucky my dad kept my clothes after I died," she said, her voice a little softer, but still firm. "Otherwise, you'd be freezing right now. Put these on."

Phoebe took the sweater and blanket, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Catherine, even though she knew she didn't deserve it. She wrapped them around herself, feeling a sense of comfort and security wash over her. The sweater was soft and warm, and it smelled sweet and comforting, like a warm hug on a cold day. She breathed in deeply, feeling the scent fill her lungs, and closed her eyes, letting the warmth and comfort wash over her.

As she stood there, wrapped in the warm sweater and blanket, Phoebe felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew she had hurt Catherine deeply, but she was determined to make it right. She would do whatever it took to regain Catherine's trust and forgiveness, and she was grateful for the small chance she had been given to start making amends.

She thought back to the times she and Catherine had spent together, laughing and joking, and her heart ached with regret. She had worried Catherine, and she didn't blame Catherine for being angry. But she was determined to prove herself, to show Catherine that she was truly sorry, and that she would do whatever it took to make things right.

"Thank you, Catherine," Phoebe said, her voice still barely above a whisper. "I promise to make it up to you, somehow."

Catherine's expression didn't change, but her eyes seemed to flash with a hint of sadness. "We'll talk about it later, Phoebe," she said, her voice firm but slightly softer. "Right now, just get warm."

Phoebe nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. She knew she still had a long way to go to make things right with Catherine, but she was grateful for the small mercy. She wrapped the blanket around herself, feeling the warmth and comfort spread through her body, and closed her eyes, hoping that someday, she and Catherine could go back to the way things were before.

As she stood there, wrapped in the warm sweater and blanket, Phoebe felt a sense of hope that she hadn't felt in a long time. She knew it wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to make things right with Catherine, and to prove herself as a true friend. And as she stood there, feeling the warmth and comfort of the sweater and blanket, she knew that she had finally taken the first step on the long journey towards redemption.
