Hunters pov:
Oh my god, I am so fucked. I have only known Jake for 2 weeks, and I have already developed feelings for him.
I know he is gay but I don't know if I should confess. He is still not over his ex, which is the worst. He only talks about him.
I decided to talk to my teammate, James. He has a boyfriend, Aiden, so I figured he could help me.
"Hey, James. Can I ask you something?" I ask him.
"Sure, what's up? You seem worried." He says.
"Well, I think I like a guy, but I don't know how to tell him." I say.
"Mhm, well, I confessed to Aiden with flowers. Maybe that's something you can do, and just be honest to him. Also, may I ask who it is?" He asks.
"It's Jake, but I have only known him for 2 weeks, and I don't know if telling him is the best idea." I say.
"I see. Well, you could just tell him. It's a little early, but if you really like him, it's better to he honest."
"Thanks, James." I say.
Okay, Hunter, just tell him. You can do it.
I walk up to Jake, who is sitting on a log. "Hey, Hunter. What's up?" He asks.
"Hey Jake, I have something to tell you." I say.
An immediate worry is shown on his face. "What's up?"
"Well.. I don't know how to tell you." I say.
"It's okay, take your time."
"Jake, I like you. I like you a lot, more than a friend."
"Oh, Hunter, I don't know how to respond." He says. "I like you too." He says.
"Kiss me." I whisper. "Oh, uhm.." He blushes as he gives me a kiss.
In the background, I hear cheering. "Woohoo, finally." James and Ashley look our way. "I'm proud of you, dude." James says. "Thanks." I say.
Jake and Ashley hug each other. "I'm so happy for you, Jake." She says. "Thank you." He says.
Jake walks up to me and hugs me tight.
"You're so beautiful, Jake." I say. "You're very beautiful too." He says.
