He consulted with the Indonesian coastguard and together they laid a series of traps for Bima. Under the pretence of navy safety inspections all boats entering Indonesian waters had to declare and were subject to stop, search and seizure.

"They've already tried him. He was found guilty. Penalty was death. They're already in the process of removing him to Execution Island. They want some of our people there to observe. State put your name in."
