God I know I was willing to let this baby grow up without me, but now I've grown to love the fact that I'm going to be a father even if it not with my wife. I know I've sinned but please don't take him away from me, I'm praying In my heart while driving like a maniac to the hospital, Nandi has passed out I know that can't be good.

Maybe I should've waited for her to give birth before dropping all this to her. Her grandmother is also praying but she's praying louder asking for God not to take her children. As soon as we get to the hospital, I shout for help I see them coming with a stretcher.
Me : "please save them she's pregnant she was in pain and she passed out" I say panicking
Nurse : "sir please step back we'll take care of them" the nurse says while taking her away. Her granny has been praying since I just sit down with her and we wait.

I've just woke up, when I look around  I can tell I'm in a hospital, ngizama uku cabanga kuth what happened, then it hit my mind, my hand go straight to my stomach and when I find it flat I just cry it clear I've lost the baby..
Nurse : "oh sisi usuvukile, why are you crying" I didn't even hear her coming in
Me : "umtanami" I say crying out loud
Nurse : "aibo Musa ukukhula umtana wakho uyaphila, I'll call a doctor for you stop crying" I stop immediately after hearing that he's alive, I wait for a doctor when I see him I ask for my son
Me : "doctor please can I see him"
Doctor : Miss calm down you'll see him, ehh when you got here yesterday you were really in a bad shape so we did everything to try and save you and the baby. We did an emergency c-session and we were able to save both of you, but your son haven't woken up we've tried everything and nothing. He is perfectly healthy just not conscious, I'll ask the nurse to take you to see him" that's a lot
Me : "doctor you can't tell me that someone is healthy but is not waking up what nonsense is that, please try harder to find out what wrong with him please doctor" I'm crying again I was happy for like a minute now.

The nurse that was here earlier comes back
Nurse : "I'm here to take you to your son" she helps me to a wheelchair, when we get there I see him wow he's so big, she wheels me closer
Me : "so he has never opened his eyes?" I ask the nurse while looking at him I'm even afraid to touch him, he looks like he's just sleeping
Me : "can I take him"
Nurse : "of course" she helps me and wow he is so cute, I just cry when I lay my eyes on him he seems so peaceful
Me : "please open your eyes baby let me see those beautiful eyes please" I plead while holding him close
Nurse : "it time to go back the doctor will come soon to check on you" when the nurse says this I just look at her I don't want to leave him here.

The doctor has just checked me, I'm here thinking about everything when grandma comes in, Ayke here comes the water works.
Granny : "shhh... Don't cry baby everything will be OK" she says hugging me
Me : "kanjani gogo when he doesn't even open his eyes, I'm lost gogo I don't know what to do"
Granny : "kuzolunga Nandi thula mtanami, can we see him there are people who want to meet him but we weren't allowed until you wake up"

Muzi : "so I came to see you about our son" wee did he have to though, it just weird hearing someone calling him his son
Me : "what about him"
Muzi : "I'm sure you aware about what's happening to him, the doctors kept updating us we were just not allowed to see him, so when he said he's not waking up and they don't know the problem, I called home, my mother doesn't think the doctors will help him" I really don't like where this is going
Me : "uzosizwa yin pho"
Muzi :" Nandi kumele uthambise inhliziyo and allow him to be introduced at home"
