"They're not here," Jessica said as she had her eyes shut leaning back on the picnic table. "Hm? What?" Bella mumbled as she looked over. "The Cullen family skips out on sunny nice days like this." Jessica stated as she looked down at Bella and Athena hummed as she was putting a braid in Bella's hair and was starting the other braid "They just don't show up?" She questioned. "More like Mrs. and Dr. Cullen yank them out for hiking and camping, I tried it with my parents but sadly it didn't work," Jessica said and Athena and Bella giggled a bit.

"I did it, I took control and asked Eric and he said yes!" Angela said as she came over and hugged Bella and Athena with a big smile "Hey we told you." Bella said and smiled "We gotta go dress shopping in Port Angeles," Jessica said as she sat up and looked at them "I'm in," Angela said, "Mind if I tag along?" Bella asked. Athena raised a brow at Bella and finished her braid "Of course I need your opinion, Athena you should come along please?" Angela said and looked at her. She sighed and chuckled "Yeah alright I'll go."

"A much-needed girls' day, we can get dinner after," Jessica said as they got up when the bell rang for them to return to their last class of the day before they could head to Port Angeles. Athena thought as to why Bella would wanna go and then it hit her in the middle of class "Jeez she can't let jack shit go." Athena mumbled to herself as she shook her head and finished up her assignment. Finally, the bell rang for the day to end and for the four girls to head to Port Angeles.

Once they arrived at the dress store Athena and Bella sat off to the side "Athena, aren't you going to try on dresses? You're going to the prom with Jasper aren't you?" Angela asked in a gentle tone and Athena laughed softly. "Angela, Jasper, and I never asked each other to prom, and I'm still deciding if I wanna attend in the first place," Athena said as she worked on a homework assignment. "What? It's your senior year, you can't miss out on your senior prom." Jessica said as she was looking at her and then back to the dresses. "We'll see, maybe I will decide to go. Maybe I won't, who knows." Athena said as she stifled a laugh when Angela and Jessica gave her a look.

"How do we feel about this one?" Angela said as she did a spin "You look very lovely, it compliments your figure and skin tone," Athena said and smiled "Looks good" Bella said for the fifth time. "You're not really into this thing are you?" Angela said and smiled softly and Bella bit her lip. "She loves her reading," Atheena said and jumped when there was a tap on the window and she turned to see a bunch of guys whistling and making inappropriate gestures. "Oh that's disgusting," Jessica said as she scrunched up her face. "Gross," Bella mumbled. "I oughta beat the crap out of them," Athena said as she glared at the boys.

"Let's not," Angela said as she looked at the dress she had on one more time "Hey um so there's this uh bookstore I wanted to check out, mind if I meet you later at the restaurant?" Bella asked as she tucked her hair behind her ear. "Ah and the truth will set you free," Athena said sarcastically. "Yeah go ahead, just text us when you're on the way." Jessica said "Alone? I don't really like the sound of that." Angela said as her eyes looked between Bella then to Athena. "I hear the message loud and clear, let's go, Bella," Athena sighed as she got up and put her things away, and headed out "Lead the way oh great one," Athena said.

Once they made it to the bookstore Athena walked around and hummed as she looked at all the titles on the spines of the mass amount of books. "I found it," Bella called out from the aisle over. Athena followed where she heard the voice from and glanced at the book in her hands. "Quilelute history and legends, really Bella? You're that hung up on what Jacob said?" Athena questioned as she shook her head and headed to the counter. "You're curious too," Bella mumbled. Athena rolled her eyes as she waited for Bella to pay for the book she had picked up.

"Alright, let's go before those two start worrying," Athena said as she opened the door and let Bella go before her then she followed after. "Jeez it's already dark out," Athena mumbled as she stayed beside Bella as they walked "Hey Bells we should go the other way, it's too dark to be going this way." Athena suggested, but Bella just waved her hand "It'll be fine, it's quicker this way to the main sidewalk." She said, Athena frowned and just followed until there was a whistle "Well look here boys, it's our lucky day," A guy said coming out of the shadows of the alley in front of them with a friend. Athena grabbed Bella's hand and went to pull her back the way they came but then two more guys appeared.
