It's nighttime in the city of musutafu Japan as We see Izuku at the hospital now in the emergency area of the hospital as his body is surrounded by doctors who are trying their best to bring Izuku back

While The doctors do their Utmost best to heal Izuku let alone get him into a good condition we cut to the outside of the emergency room where we see class1-a and class 1-b in the hospital lounge waiting for any sort of news from the doctors as everyone is in a state of sorrow and fear
