A/N: Can be read as a standalone book but I would recommend reading Never Say Never beforehand. That way you can fully understand the story.

"Come on Kat! It will be fun." Sure it will. I'll be sitting there watching my best friend trying to flirt with the male species to his heart's content. "I promise I will be on my best behavior."

"Yeah, right." Rolling my eyes. I get it! You are just trying to get over your ex cheating on you but slow down a little. "Just like last weekend when you almost went home with that creep."

I shudder just thinking about that creep.

"He wasn't that bad."

"Wasn't that bad?" Spinning around almost dropping my books as we make our way to the exit of the book store. "You were wasted and the guy said he was going to keep you and marry and I quote 'your cute little twink ass'."

"I'm not a fucking twink!" Pouting I can't help but laugh as he opens the door for me.

"When you are drunk like that people assume differently."

Turning back around I smack right into a brick wall. Funny, that wasn't there when we arrived. Looking up I'm left speechless. My books fall from my hands. How can a man be so damn gorgeous?

He just stares at me and for the life of me I cannot look away.

"Is there a problem here?"

The trance is broken as I look at Josh, he tries to look as intimidating as he possibly can.

"Sorry." Stepping away as I bend down to pick up my books.

"Don't be."

"I'll just go make a phone call." My best friend smirks at me as I glare back at him.

Don't leave me alone with this Greek God! I'll be a stuttering mess.

"Let me help you."

His hand brushes against mine as we both go to pick up the same book. What the hell was that? Snatching my hand away from his. Electric bolts, that's what it felt like.

"Here you go."

Grabbing the last book from him, I make sure not any part of me touches this man again.

"What's your name gorgeous?"

Oh great he is one of those guys. Going to try to give me some sleazy line, thinking I will fall for that crap. Not this girl!

"Kit Kat! Come on we need to go." Thank you bestie!

He may look gorgeous but now I just want to get away from him.

"Kit Kat. Hmmm unusual but beautiful nonetheless."

Do not blush! He is just like every other male I have encountered. Just after one thing.

"Katrina!" I am going to kill my best friend. I will wipe that stupid smirk off your face!

"Exquisite." Oh God, did his voice just get deeper.

No! Bad Katrina! Very bad, he can't be very dangerous if I don't let him near me.

"Thanks um for the help. Bye now."

Starting to walk towards Josh. My shoulders slump. I do not know why I am so disappointed.

"Katrina wait!"

Do not turn around. Damn it! Stupid body betraying me. Why does he look nervous?

"Yes?"

"My name is uh Johnny."
