"'I'm home!", Loid greeted his family as he entered the living room and removed his coat.

Yor was making Anya do her homework... well, to say atleast, knowing Anya's inherent dislike for studying. However, ever since Yor had become a housewife and had more time to focus on Anya, her academic performance started to show improvement. Yor got up from her couch and went to the kitchen to make tea for Loid, "So... how was work today?"

Loid replied, "It was alright. Apparently, I'm supposed to have an assistant and I ignored that fact for quite a while... so they themselves introduced an assistant for me."

"Who's your new assistant?", she asked while boiling the water.

"Riley Max", he said.

Yor got slightly tense, "And... who is she?"

"I just told you, my new assistant. She is attending second year at college and is doing this as a part-time job for her expenses.", he replied.

Her smile vanished instantly, "Right."

Loid had his tea and all of them went to bed. The night went as usual, however, this time Yor slept a bit late.... due to her mind being flooded with thoughts of insecurity. Like... it was a young college girl, after all.

Day-2

"I'm home!", Loid entered the living room. He was greeted with the same question again.... "how was work?"

He started to feel a slight sense of tension in Yor's voice but decided to ignore it, assuming that... it could be that time of the month for Yor.

However, when the subject of dinner was brought up... Loid gave a response which made Yor feel quite anxious and slightly hurt.

"I don't feel like eating today... Riley brought her home-made cutlets for tea time this evening. I think I had too many...", he said.

Yor did not say anything. She and Anya had their dinner and Loid sat in the living room, reading his book.

*Really.... now you're stuffing yourself up on her cooking...? You've never really done that for me... but for this assistant of yours, whom you just met the other day...* Yor's mind was boiling with possessive and insecure thoughts.

Then, Loid showed her something which made her feel even more insecure. "We took an office Polaroid picture today... here have a look."

She instantly recognised Riley... the one standing next to her husband, "This is your assistant?"

He replied, "Yes."

Riley was a young, charming girl with a beautiful face and vivacious body.

Yor couldn't sleep at all that night.

The next day at breakfast... Anya asked Yor who Riley was (she had read her thoughts that night) and tried to indirectly assure her by repeating "Mama and Papa are so lovey dovey all the time."

Well... it had been some time since they have had sex... that's because they didn't get much time, adjusting to a new life requires a lot of effort.

Yor had made up her mind. It was time to visit this Riley and see what's actually going on.
