Guilt

Third person P.O.V!(please let me know how you feel about the change!)

Avery wakes up slightly earlier than normal his throat feels dry and scratchy,He slides on his discarded pajama pants form last night before walking out of his room and making his way downstairs.As Avery reaches the end of the stairs he notices Max sitting on the couch with a cup of tea in his hand, his eyes trained on the tv.

Avery creeps past him into the kitchen to grab a cup of water to quench his thirst and revive his dry throat.As he sits in the kitchen nursing his second glass of water(he Chugged the first one.)He gets to thinking.The only two people who seem to be awake or at least down stairs are Him and Max,This is probably the best time to ask him to keep his night time activities down.

Taking a deep breath Avery discards his glass in the sink before making his way back into the living room.He walks around the couch and flops down next to max before reaching for the remote and pausing the tv.Max Stares at the man utterly confused.

"Avery?" he questions the odd behavior."We need to talk." Avery blurts out making sure he didn't give himself time to back out."Okay...What about, are you ok?"He asks eyebrow raising in emphasis to his question."You're loud." he says awkwardly.Max's confused face quickly turns into an offend one."Are you calling me annoying?"he asks tone slightly harsher than before.

Averys face drops."No max I"m not-. he groans while dragging his hands down his face "When you sneak people in." he explains.Max's face is back to confusion."Sneak people in?" he tilts his head slightly to the side."Im not going to tell anyone max, Its just that I don't want to listen to you have sex." Avery says cheeks a little red,He chooses to ignore the fact that both times he was indeed turned on.

Thats natural though right?

Max's eyes widen slightly and his cheeks are dusted slightly pink."Im sorry Avery I didn't realize that you could hear us." he snickers while cracking an amused smile."You find this funny!" Avery exclaims in shock."No no I don't!" his reply is muffled by his laughter and his hand."Do you think I had I good time listening to you go at it  for two hours the other night!?" he says in an exaggerated tone though he cant help but smile.

"You should feel lucky,Free audio porn!" Max shrugs with a shit eating grin plastered on his face.Avery lightly smacks Max's arm "You're nasty." he shakes his head with an amused grin. 

"Okay okay I'll stop!"Max puts his hands up in surrender before standing up from his seat on the couch."Every once in a while I like to make breakfast for Xavier, You're welcome to help." he says nonchalantly while starting towards the kitchen.Avery stands from the couch before following the the brunette boy to the kitchen "Sure." he says trying to give off the same vibe as Max(He didn't succeed.)

The two boys look around in the kitchen looking for something to make eventually deciding on pancakes and strawberries.Max starts making the pancake batter while Avery washes and cuts the strawberries in half before sticking them all in one big bowl then into the fridge.

Avery Walks Over to where the stove was and watches as Max flips the first pancake of many to come."Avery?"Max asks "Yes?" Avery replies confusion in his voice at the boy randomly breaking the silents."Do you not like us?" he says casually, it seems."What no?" he says eyebrows furrowed."Then why do you always ignore our invites to play games and shit?" he asks while trowing a new glob of pancake batter on to the frying pan.

"I-I." he stutters struggling to come up with a reason that won't get him an Awkward talk,He lets out a sigh when comes up with nothing."I don't want to intrude,You all have known each other longer than I have you don't need me there to make every thing weird."he groans out while averting his eyes from the other.
