The night had been perfect—a cozy movie marathon with Bang Chan, where the two of you had curled up on the couch, wrapped in blankets, sharing popcorn and laughter. But as the last movie ended and the credits rolled, exhaustion began to weigh heavily on you. The warmth of the room and the comfort of Chan's presence had lulled you into a state of deep drowsiness.
You let out a long yawn, leaning your head against Chan's chest. "I'm so tired," you murmured, your voice barely above a whisper.
Chan chuckled softly, wrapping an arm around you, his thumb gently rubbing circles on your arm. "You look like you're about to fall asleep right here," he said, a hint of amusement in his voice.
"Probably," you replied, your eyes fluttering shut for a moment. "But I should wash up first."
He nodded, giving your arm a gentle squeeze. "Let me help you," he offered, his voice tender.
Too tired to argue, you let Chan guide you to the bathroom. Your legs felt heavy, and you were grateful for his support as he walked beside you, keeping you steady. When you reached the bathroom, Chan turned on the light, the soft glow filling the room. You leaned against the counter, trying to summon the energy to start your nighttime routine, but your limbs felt like they were made of lead.
Seeing your struggle, Chan gently lifted you, surprising you as he set you down on the sink counter. "Sit here," he said, positioning himself between your legs, his hands resting on your thighs to keep you balanced. "I'll take care of everything."
You blinked up at him, too tired to resist, and gave him a small, appreciative smile. "You're too good to me," you mumbled, your voice laced with exhaustion.
Chan just smiled, shaking his head as he reached for your makeup remover. "You deserve it," he said softly, his eyes full of warmth as he looked at you.
He poured some of the remover onto a cotton pad and gently tilted your chin up, his touch as light as a feather. With slow, deliberate movements, he began wiping away your makeup, carefully cleansing your face. His fingers were so tender, so careful, as he worked, and you felt yourself relaxing even more under his gentle care.
As he continued, your eyes fluttered closed, the soothing motion of his hands making it hard to stay awake. You could feel the day's stress and fatigue melting away, replaced by a deep sense of calm and contentment. Chan's presence, his touch, made you feel safe, cherished, and completely at ease.
After he finished removing your makeup, he set the cotton pad aside and reached for a brush. He started running it through your hair, each stroke slow and gentle. The sensation was almost enough to send you drifting off right there on the counter. Once your hair was smooth and free of tangles, Chan carefully tied it back, making sure it wouldn't get in your face while you slept.
"There," he murmured, stepping back slightly to admire his work. "All done."
You opened your eyes just a little, gazing up at him with a tired but grateful smile. "Thank you, Baby," you whispered, your voice soft and full of affection.
He didn't respond immediately. Instead, he leaned in closer, his hand coming up to cradle your cheek. His thumb brushed gently over your skin, his touch warm and comforting. You felt your breath hitch as he leaned in even closer, his eyes locking onto yours for a brief moment before they fluttered closed.
Then, with the softest touch, his lips pressed against yours in a gentle, lingering kiss. It was tender, sweet, and full of unspoken affection, his way of comforting you even further. The world seemed to pause, the only thing that mattered being the softness of his lips against yours and the warmth that spread through your chest.
When he finally pulled back, he rested his forehead against yours, his breath mingling with yours in the quiet of the bathroom. "You're amazing, you know that?" he whispered, his voice full of sincerity.
You felt a blush creep up your cheeks as you smiled, your eyes still half-closed. "I think you're pretty amazing too," you murmured back, your voice thick with emotion.
Chan smiled softly, pressing one more quick kiss to your forehead before carefully lifting you off the counter. He cradled you in his arms as he carried you to the bedroom, his movements gentle and careful. You snuggled into his chest, feeling safe and secure as he held you close.
When he reached the bed, Chan carefully set you down, tucking you under the covers. He moved around to his side, slipping in beside you, and immediately pulled you close again, his arms wrapping around you securely. You buried your face in his chest, breathing in his familiar scent as his warmth enveloped you.
"Sleep now," he whispered, his voice a soothing lullaby in your ear. "I'm right here."
You smiled sleepily, your hand resting on his chest as you drifted off, completely relaxed in his embrace. "Goodnight, Baby," you murmured, your voice barely audible as sleep finally claimed you.
"Goodnight, Beautiful," he whispered back, his lips pressing a final kiss to the top of your head. He held you close as you drifted into a peaceful sleep, feeling completely and utterly loved.
