It wasn't an easy transition for Phoebe. She was discharged from the hospital a few days later. Tim had taken some time out of work to be with her. He wanted to be there for her with anything she needed.

The first night was the toughest for Phoebe.

Flash back to the first night.

Tim guides Phoebe inside their home, as Beau tries to drop on top of Phoebe. Tim looks at the puppy "Beau down" he commands as the dog listens.

She gives her puppy a small smile "I missed you too" she says giving him a small pat. The house looked the same. Tim closes the door behind her "Where do you want to go? Upstairs or stay down here?" He asks her.

Phoebe looks around the living room seeing how everything looked the same. "Upstairs please, I want to take a bath and lay in bed" she says to him. He nods her head and helps her upstairs, she winces slightly from the pressure coming from her chest.

Once she gets into the bathroom Tim grabs her robe and a towel. "Do you need any help?" He asks her. He places her things onto the counter, and turns the water on.

Phoebe looks over at him and shakes her head no. She just wanted to be alone to process everything.

"No, I just want to be alone" she says softly. Tim sighs and nods his head. He understood that she just wanted to be alone, but he didn't want to leave her alone.

Once Tim steps out of the bathroom Phoebe closes the door leaving it slightly open. She turns and looks at her self in the mirror. Her hair was a matted mess, her eyes had bags underneath. She had a bruise on her jaw. She didn't even want to know what she looked like underneath her clothes.

Phoebe winces as she lifts her arms up and takes off her shirt, and pants. She lets out a small gasp and looks at her body. Bruises were scattered across her chest. She had a few scratches. She didn't look like her self at all. Phoebe starts to cry softly as she runs her hands across her body. It stops on her heart monitor.

Phoebe doesn't say anything but slowly walks to the tub before getting in. Her body enveloping in warmth, causing goose bumps to appear.

She rests her head against the tub as she closes her eyes. She starts to cry when she replays what happened over the course of the last few days.

Tim peaks his head through seeing Phoebe crying. He walks inside the bathroom and pulls her into a tight hug "It's okay baby, you're safe I promise you" he says against her hair. He didn't care if he was getting wet. It pained him to see his girl like this.

He pulls away and grabs the loofah and starts to gently clean her back. His eyes look over her body carefully as he sees all the bruises and marks on her. It made him angry that someone so cruel hurt her.

Phoebe looks up at Tim as places the loofah back in the bath. She whispers to him afraid that her voice might break into a cry.

"I want to go to bed" she says to him. He nods his head and grabs her robe from the door. "Don't look" she says to him as she gets out of the bath. Tim nods his head respecting her wishes.

He doesn't watch as she steps out of the bath tub, and wraps her body's against her fluffy robe. He walks her into their bedroom as she lays down.

She looks up at him "Thank you" she tells him. Her voice was soft.  Tim smiles and sits down on the side of her. He watches as her eyes close. He knew this was going to take time before she was herself again. But, he was ready to be there for her.

Phoebes body turns as she drapes her self across Tim's body. His arms instantly wrapping around her, As they both fall asleep.

In the middle of the night Tim had woken up when he heard Phoebe crying. She was having another nightmare. Tim rubs her arm gently as he soothes her cries.

He pulls her into his arms as her eyes open. Her brown eyes that were usually full of life, were dull and full of heart break.

"Shh, it's okay baby. I'm here" he says his voice was soft and gentle. His hand caressed her hair while the other was on her back.

Phoebes cries turn quiet as she falls back asleep. Tim sighs his chin resting softly on her head. He was so upset. And he was going to do what it takes to get Phoebe to be better.

Each night that had went on Phoebe would slowly start to get back into doing her routine. She would take Beau for a morning and afternoon walk. She was also in physical therapy once a week. With a virtual therapy appointment twice a week.

Tim was always by her side he went with her on walks, he helped her with things she needed. Phoebe was greatful for Tim, he went with her at her own pace and didn't pressure her to do anything she wasn't comfortable with.

They both knew how hard this process was going to be long and hard, but they were taking each day slowly.

A brand new chapter!! I hope you guys like this! I really wanted to see how Lucy adjusted to life after that episode. So I figured to make one with Phoebe how I would picture it. I feel like the skipped passed that. How do we like the chapter? Leave your comments below!!
