When my eyes flutter open from the peaceful sleep, I notice an empty space beside me. True to routine, He always beats me to the waking hour. Freshening up, I make my way out of the room, only to be greeted by a delicate, alluring fragrance that grows stronger with each stride, as if an entire garden of flowers has been nestled within the walls of the house.
I reach the living room and my stride falters.

Everywhere my gaze wanders, all I see are flowers.
Well, it was merely a hunch, BUT I NEVER EXPECTED THE ENTIRE AREA WOULD ACTUALLY BE FILLED WITH COUNTLESS FLOWERS!
Among the whole forest of flowers, I eventually spot Aryan, sitting comfortably on the couch, engrossed in his phone, seemingly oblivious to my presence. "What is this?" I ask.
His eyes lift from the phone screen, finally acknowledging me. "Flowers," he responds, casting a relaxed glance over the flower-filled space.
I rest my hands on my hips. "'Well, I can see that too, but why so many?" He sets his phone aside and crosses his arms. "Not my fault, you did say you love every single flower."
"You got these for me?" Despite the obviousness, I pose the question, sensing his disappointment reflected in his expression. "Is there someone else here?"
That's it. I'm smiling ear to ear now. Shamelessly. "Thank you, but why so much? Did you buy out the whole flower shop or something?" I step into the cluster of flowers, bending down to examine each one with care.
"Yes, that was the plan, until someone interrupted, saying he wants every flower in the shop as well," his response prompts me to cast a surprised glance in his direction. "Seriously? There someone else as weird as you?"
He remains silent this time, eliciting a chuckle from me. "These are so pretty, by the way. Thank you."
As I continue to admire each flower, he suddenly breaks the silence, "Your breakfast is ready. You should eat first."
Glancing at the dining table, I notice a plate that had escaped my notice earlier when I exited the room. I approach the table, and as I set eyes on the breakfast, my smile widens. "Sandwiches!" I steal a glance at Aryan and blow him a flying kiss. "Thank you!""
His lips twitch, unveiling a smile as he leans his elbow on the couch's headboard, his head cradled in his hand, his gaze fixed on me.
I grab a chair, settling in to enjoy my breakfast.
Once I'm done with my breakfast, we arrange the flowers in vases one by one, dispersing them throughout the house until every corner is adorned with their beauty. "The whole house is filled with such a lovely fragrance! I'm so happy!" I exclaim, hands resting on my waist, taking in the scene with a huge smile.
