"And now, please welcome Sebastian and the Seven Wonders of the Sea!" the cheerful announcer, a merman floating above the waves, joyfully declared.
"Oh I always love this festival," Erica said, excitedly. Come on Uma you know you love the Seaside Festival, she through the mind link to Uma.
Okay maybe I like it just a little bit, but if you all tell them anything then you will be swimming with the fishes, Uma thought back as she can tell that big three next generation is on through the mind link.
"It is my pleasure Princess Erica." Sebastian said with a smile. "I do work very hard on the performance after all."
A magnificent clam-shaped stage rose from the ocean and slowly opened to display the famous crab and a row of pretty mermaids launching into a rollicking tune. The sandy beachfront in front of Ariel and Eric's castle had been turned into an outdoor stadium, complete with bleachers above the water. Seated high up in royal box with Ben and her friends, Mal eagerly clapped with the rest of the audience gathered for the start of the annual Seaside Festival, a daylong celebration of merfolk life. Next to her, Evie was taking zapps on her phone with Arabella, Ariel's niece, who was wondering of a fashion maven and idolized Evie's style.
"Well of course, it is the best style." Arabella said, with a smile, she didn't notice Mollie smiling at her.
The reason why is because she's dating her now secret eighteen sonSailor William Smee. The only reason the family kept him secret is because they didn't want any thing to happen to him just like how they didn't want to their other children.
But once that truth was out, he was immediately under the crew's protection, he and Arabella just dated, and they know that they are truly happy together.
"Umm, disagree, we all know Mal's style the best."
"I personally like Uma's style."
"Oh come on, all three of their outfits are the best."
The two were currently sporting matching V-braids and poison-heart necklaces.
"You really are best friends with Evie?" Her mother asked, with a smile happy that her daughter is friends with the then new students.
"I'm friends with all four of them mom." Arabella said with a smile. "And I made friendships with the rest of the VKs."
Evie had even made Arabella's outfit, a lavender-colored blouse with a lace bodice along with a distressed leather skirt.
"And you look beautiful my water lily." Her mother said with a smile.
"Thanks mom." Arabella said with a smile.
"Oh I so want Evie want to make that for me." Lucy said.
Evie and Arabella couldn't stop giggling. "What's so funny?" Mal asked.
"Good question!" Her father asked.
"Mal, do this filter with us!" Evie asked, and Mal obliged, sticking her tongue out at the camera. The image on the phone turned the tree of them into mermaids complete with curved green tails.
"Oh yeah, love that filter it's called 'Ariel's tail'." Elle said with a smile.
"That's pretty much what I look like when I swim," Arabella said approvingly.
"Same."Elle said. " except mine is sea green/ ocean blue."
"Well you all what color mine is." Melody said.
"Mom's mermaid color bar and her tail switch for me." Erica said.
Meanwhile Adella shook her head. "Daughter of Alana aka King Triton daughter that has orchid pink tail, but has the same color tail as her aunt."
