Amelia's POV
"The white oak stake!" I spat towards Kol as we walked into our compound, overhearing the conversation he was having with Marcel, Davina and Cami. "For once I agree with Marcel, you are out of your bloody mind." I scoffed.
We had left the white picket fence house a few hours ago with Rebekah and Gwen. We had just gotten home and of course the peace we felt a few hours away was instantly gone the moment Kol asked for the white oak stake.
"Lia darling." Klaus spoke softly behind me, placing a delicate hand on my shoulder as if to tell me to back down.
Kol backed down slightly from me, taking a step back in fear I will rip him a new one and if it wasn't for Klaus I probably would. "Do we have your word that stake won't be used on us?" Klaus asked Kol.
Kol gulped, darting his eyes between us. "You have my word." His eyes landed on mine.
"I'll get the stake." Klaus said almost instantly. "Lia, give him a vile of your blood." He ordered before walking past and heading for our bedroom.
Kol's eyebrows furrowed, not knowing any of the plans and why I was going to hand off my blood to him. "Why are we handing out your blood like it's candy?" Kol asked as Klaus went out of eyesight.
"Let her." Marcel chuckled, crossing his arms over his chest. "Hell, let her bleed out." He smiled, thinking he was funny.
"Your mother is about to become one of my sires." I said bluntly, ignoring Marcel.
I walked over to a large cabinet we had standing against one of the walls of the compound, I opened it causing a loud creak to echo as I grabbed a small vile and a pocket knife that sat inside of it. "She can't body jump if she's a vampire." I explained as I closed the cabinet and turned back to them.
I walked over to Davina, everyone watching my move. "Hold this up for me, would you?" I handed Davina the glass vile.
Davina gave me weary eyes as she grabbed the vile slowly, holding it with steady hands. I flipped open the pocket knife, swiftly cutting my palm open and causing Cami to hiss at the sight as I squeezed the blood into the glass vile.
The cut healed just as quick as I cut it but I got just enough blood for Kol to pour into his mother's drink. "Thank you." I smiled at Davina who returned my smile with a blank face as I grabbed the vile from her hands. "Tough crowd." I muttered as I put the lid back on the vile.
I turned over to Kol who had a sly smirk on his face from my comment. I held out my hand with the vile in it. "Pour this in your mother's drink when you go back." I told him as he grabbed the vile from my hand, inspecting my blood.
"What are we supposed to do about Cami?" Davina asked behind me and I could hear her jump off the table she was sitting on.
I furrowed my eyebrows, looking at Cami with confusion. "What's wrong with you?" I asked as I saw her sorrow face. As far as I was concerned, I didn't know of anything that was happening to Cami.
"Oi! Dear mother prepped her body for Rebekah." Kol laughed slightly. "She has a thing for irony." Kol shrugged his shoulders looking over at Marcel and hoping his joke landed.
"Kol!" Gwen announced as she walked into the compound, running over to Kol and engulfing him in a large hug. Gwen and Rebekah dropped us off at the compound and then Gwen went and grabbed me stuff for the spell, along with dropping off Rebekah near Esther.
Kol took the large impact, wrapping his arms around Gwen's waist and spinning her in a circle. I looked over at Davina who was grimacing at the large and happy hug they were giving one another. "Don't worry." I mumbled towards Davina. "He's not exactly Gwen's type." I chuckled.
