Charlie's POV Mum invited The Brooks family over to our house for a bbq to welcome dad home also a baby shower for me because dad wanted to do it and have it as a big family, I walked downstairs and saw Luke standing and the bottom of the stairs, I put my hands on his shoulders and he looked up at me smiling

"Hey babe" he said
"Hey Bub," I said, stepping down the last steps, he rubbed my stomach and pecked my lips
"How's the girls?" He asked
"Moving a lot today," I said annoyed, he chuckled and grabbed my hand and we walked out the back, my dad came over
"Hi Mr Swan" Luke said, and shook my dad's hand
"Call me David son," my dad said, I smiled
"How about you help me with the barbie" my dad said and put his arm around Luke's shoulder and pulled him away, I laughed and mum came over
"Well you dad likes him," mum said
"That is a good sign," I said smiling, watching my dad and Luke getting along
"Definitely is," mum said, I turned to my mum
"Do you need help?" I asked mum
"Yes actually with the salads" mum said, we walked in the kitchen getting the salads ready, soon Luke ran to us and kissed my cheek
"Sausages and steak is ready," he said
"Well take a salad please," I said passing him one, he ran back out and I followed him, I sat beside Luke and he went and put food on a plate for me, we all sat down chatting and eating.
"Okay I have something for my princess and Luke," My dad said standing up, he went inside and walked out pushing a black twin pram, two black carriers, I stood up
"Dad" I said shocked, I went over and hugged him, Luke did too, I looked at the stuff he got and they were the ones I told him about but I couldn't get them because they were really expensive and way out of nine and Luke's price range, I can't believe dad got these for us, he's the best.
