Chapter Forty Five

[ December 17th ]
Luke's POV
Today was Charlie's birthday and she's turning seventeen, me and Jai are already seventeen because she younger than us by about seven months, her birthday is December 17th, she was asleep right now, so we put pink and white streamers around the house plus pink and white balloons with helium and large pink helium balloons in the number 17, we went upstairs and her mum had a vanilla cake her favourite, we made her room look nice while she slept (Like Below)

I woke her up, and she opened her and gasped sitting up in bed

"Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear charlotte happy birthday to you" we sang together, she was smiling wide looking at all of us, her mum held the cake to her and she blew out the candles on the cake, we cheered

"Get ready me and Gina will start breakfast" Her mum said, everyone, walked out, which left me and her together

"Happy birthday baby" I said pecking her lips, I pulled back and she smiled

"Thank you," she said

"Okay get changed and we can set these balloons on the deck," I said, she nodded and got out of bed heading to her bathroom, I grabbed the balloons tying them to a weight, and carried them downstairs.

Charlie's POV
I looked around my room and smiled, this is perfect, I got up and went to my bathroom having a shower, I got dressed in my outfit adding heels, I combed through my curls

I walked down and put the balloons on the deck

"I can't believe your still wearing stiletto heels" I heard, I turned around and saw my nana, I gasped

"Nana" I said happily, I hugged her tightly, I've been busy with school and hospital appointments I haven't seen her, I usually try and see her at least once a week, but I've been busy, she one of the most important people in my life, I saw Luke and waved him over

"Luke this is my nana, nana this is my boy Luke," I said smiling

"It's nice to finally meet you, Adeline," he said hugging her

"Aww I've heard lots of good things about you Luke and please you can call me Nana," she said, she kissed our cheeks and went inside to help mum and Gina, I turned to Luke and he held my waist I put my arms around his neck

"Your boy?" He asked smirking, I blushed and looked down, he cuddled his head in the crook of my neck and kissed me a couple times on my collarbone, he kissed up my neck, along my jaw to my lips, we slowly kissed our lips moving in sync, we both pulled back and lent our foreheads against each other

"We're going out with our friends to the diner for lunch" he said, I nodded and he took us out to the car was Beau pulled up, I got in the front and Luke got in the back and we headed to the diner, I hoped out and Luke held my waist as we walked to the diner, we walked in, and all my friends were there smiling

"SURPRISE!" They screamed, I covered my mouth with my hands feeling tears come to my eyes, was helium balloons all over the roof and it was just us in there, I hugged them all and said thanks to them and we sat down having a nice breakfast of pancakes with many fruits plus hot chocolate, it was a nice morning together for my birthday.
