From birth Siobhan serpent was one of a kind. The small blonde girl was full of life and absolutely perfect in every way. Anytime people saw the girl they always complimented her bright green eyes. However, not everything in the blondes life was perfect.

From a very young age Siobhan realized very quickly love was earned in her family. She was held to high standards and always got compared to others around her. Siobhan's mother married rich. She didn't believe in love. She taught the blonde how to earn a man's love. "You always listen. What they want, they get no questions asked. You should always be trying your best to please them." Her mother said to the now high school aged blonde. Siobhan simply nodded.

Over the years the blonde had been taught that women were mens possessions. That they were supposed to be seen and not heard. She had been instructed by her mother and step father that she was to marry someone for their status. Love to the serpents did not exist freely. Through the years the blonde always felt that what she was being told was a lie. She wanted it all, the easy free and true love.

As 15 year old Siobhan was stood in the corridor waiting to go to class a tall dark haired boy approached her with a small smile. She had seen him around, and always took notice when he began to stare. The blonde never felt attracted to boys, she just assumed it was because that feeling wasn't real just as her mother had told her. So when the 17 year old boy asked her on a date she said yes because that's just what girls are supposed to do right?

The boy seemed nice enough. He came from a very wealthy family and her step father seemed to approve of the pair. He asked Siobhan to be his girlfriend and she said yes. She assumed the first time she'd be asked that she'd feel something. But those feelings weren't real so it didn't overly surprise the blonde when she didn't feel anything. When her now boyfriend began to hit her, she would apologize to him. She followed exactly what her mother did. All she had to do was make him happy.

While Siobhan was sat in class one day the teacher announced a new student. The teacher instructed her to sit down next to the blonde making Siobhan role her eyes in annoyance. "Hi, my name is Sara. What's yours?" The brunette girl said with a smile. As Siobhan looked over to her she felt her heart skip when she saw the girls bright blue eyes. "Siobhan" the blonde said feeling herself blush slightly as they shook hands.

As the next few weeks progressed Sara and Siobhan began spending more and more time together. Siobhan felt this constant pull to be near her no matter what. One Saturday morning the pair were out taking a walk through the park just talking about anything that came to mind. It was a fairly warm day and Siobhan decided to roll the sleeves up on her jumper completely forgetting about the bruises adorning her arms. Sara's eyes landed on them and the brunette let out a gasp. "Bon?! Who did this?" The brunette asked protectively. Siobhan immediately pulled her sleeves down, "it's nothing." The blonde said trying to continue on with their day.

"Siobhan that's not nothing who did that?!" Sara asked again. The brunette was ready to throttle anyone who laid a hand on the blonde. The blonde swallowed hard before telling her friend exactly what happened. Sara pulled the blonde in for a hug as she felt the blonde begin to cry. Sara's touch unlike her boyfriends was soft and welcoming. She felt safe. As they pulled out of the hug Siobhan began to get lost in the brunettes eyes. They moved closer until they close the gap completely in a loving and gentle kiss.

At first Siobhan kissed back. It was like nothing the blonde had ever felt before. But then reality hit her. This wasn't right she wasn't allowed to like girls. She pulled away quickly glaring at Sara. "What the hell?!" Siobhan said angrily. Sara looked at the blonde both shock and confusion evident on her face. "Bon are you ok?" She asked trying to reach out and grab the blondes hand. "You're a disgrace, girls aren't supposed to kiss other girls. Stay away from me." The blonde said before standing and running off to find her boyfriend.
