We had figured that waiting for the finder to come get Mei Ling could be dangerous, so we decided to take her to the Asia branch ourselves...much to my displeasure...
"I'm gonna die. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna die." I repeated over and over again under my breath in the speeding stagecoach that Al and Lavi were driving
'If I didn't know any better, I'd think Lavi was doing this to me on purpose.' I thought bitterly to myself before hearing an akuma
"What is it, Ali?" Krory asked from next to me
"There are akuma nearby." I said looking out the window behind me to try to see them
"Below us!" Mei Ling yelled
"I'm going outside." I said climbing onto the roof of the stagecoach
"We'd better hurry up." Lavi said
"I hate my life..." I sighed
"Above us!" Al yelled
"I got it!" I yelled getting ready to scream again
"There's more than one of them!" Mei Ling warned
"Outta my way!" I screamed at them as they all blew up
"Phew..." Al and Lavi sighed
"Don't relax now. There are more up ahead." I said sadly
"Two on either side of the bridge." Al said as we passed over it
"They're decoys! There's one in the front!" Mei Ling warned
"I got them." Krory growled killing the akuma behind us as Al and Lavi killed the one in front
"It's so loud around here..." I hissed looking around us trying to find the akuma
"What are those bastards up to?" Lavi asked
"Turn right! The path is about to explode!" Mei Ling warned
"What the hell!" Krory yelled as we narrowly avoided getting blown up
"There are more of them behind the rocks! Above and below all at once too!"
'This might be a perfect chance to try Maria's technique...' I thought to myself when I saw all the akuma coming at us and started singing to the top of my lungs

"Guys!" Al yelled when the stagecoach started falling over
"Deathtrap..." I hissed before jumping off the roof of the evil thing, and getting separated from Al, Lenalee, and Mei Ling by a wall of spikes.
"Are they trying to split us up?" Lavi asked no one in particular
"Now they're really starting to piss me off." I grumbled dodging an akuma's attacks
"Lavi! Krory! Ali!" Al called from the other side of the wall
"We're fine!" I yelled back
"Take Mei Ling and run!" Lavi yelled at them
"Now's your chance! Hurry up before they realize they've got the wrong target!" Krory said
"We'll catch up later! Hurry!" I said
"What are you waiting for?!" Lavi yelled
"Meet up with us again as soon as you can!" Lenalee said before they left
"You guys ready?" Lavi asked
"Good to go." I panted
"I'm not sure cornering us was a mistake." Bookman said
"What do you mean by that?" Lavi asked
"Despite Mei Ling's help, they were still able to stop our carriage easily. We should not underestimate them. It's obvious they had a clear battle plan. It's hard to believe after all that they could mistake their target." Bookman explained
"If that's true, we just played right into their hands." Lavi sighed
"Don't I feel stupid!" I screamed at the akuma jumping from one to the other hoping they would blow up like they were supposed to, but the screaming didn't work
"I can't break through their shields even with my fangs." Krory said as we were both thrown back over to Lavi and Bookman
"I know what you mean. Every time I try to break through the wall, they push me back." Lavi said
"Do you hear that?" Bookman asked hitting one of the akuma's shields with his needles
"Hear what?" Lavi asked
"If they all sound the same, they must be made of the same materials." Bookman explained
"Krory." Lavi said
"I got it." He said
"Got what?" I asked before jumping out of the way of an akuma being thrown in my direction before Lavi set all three on fire and we all ran to Al and the others
"I see them!" Lavi yelled as Krory went to go keep them from hitting a rock
"Wasn't she dying before?" I asked recognizing the akuma from before
"She's more powerful than the last time." Al warned
"What's happening to her?" Krory asked as she started to glow
"She's going after Mei Ling!" Lenalee warned before getting thrown back by said akuma and dropping Mei Ling's innocence that rolled over to Lulu-Bell
"Give it back. I don't have the time or the want to play games with you." I hissed
"Stay back mistress! I don't want you to get hurt!" The akuma said pushing Lulu-bell behind her and charging at me with her fans
"I've about had it!" I screamed and suddenly something came out of my mouth and went right through through the akuma
"I'm sorry Lulu-Bell... I hope I at least helped a little bit. I'm glad." The akuma smiled before blowing up in my face and helping Lulu-Bell get away
"She couldn't have gotten far! We have to get Mei Ling's innocence back!" Lenalee said
"My innocence...it's broken..." Mei Ling gasped as I spit up some blood
'What was that...?' I thought to myself staring at the blood splattered on the ground
We went back to Mei Ling's house and waited outside for Lenalee as she tried to comfort Mei Ling.
"Hi. I'm a finder from the Asia branch to escort a new exorcist. Do you know if she's ready yet?" A finder asked coming through the gate
"Mei Ling's ability was helpful. It's a shame she it turned out like this." Krory said
"True, but still..." Lenalee said
"She gets to be at home with her family." Al said
"Maybe it's for the best?" I said
