“Rain…” I smiled leaving my hood off and standing in the rain with Lenalee and Al.

“I guess the ferry’s not coming.” Al sighed

“Yay!” I cheered

“The ferry’s been canceled.” Lavi said with Krory finally meeting us at the pier

“Woohoo!” I cheered again skipping around in the rain while we went to look for an inn to give us a room for the night

~Time skip~

Every inn we went to said they were full because of the storm, and we had finally given up hope until I spotted a cat.

“I don’t think I like the ra- A kitty!” I sang as a small black cat with a bell around its neck walked in the rain. I knelled down to pick it up, but it ran off.

“Come back, kitty!” I called running after it.

“Wait up!” Lavi yelled not far behind me, and soon everyone was running behind me

I stopped in the middle of the street when I lost sight of the cat.

“Where’d you go?” I yelled through the rain

“Look!” Lenalee pointed to an inn

“My cat friend saved us!” I cheered jumping up and down before going inside.

A blonde woman came out from behind a door behind the counter drying her hair, and we all knew Lavi’s hormones would be kicking in right about now...

“You think he’ll do it?” Al asked

“There’s no doubt in my mind…” Krory answered

“She’s…so flippin hot!” Lavi yelled with hearts in his eyes

“I knew it.” Al and Krory said in unison

“Lavi’s ideal type: Female.” I sighed

“May I help you?” The woman asked ignoring the drooling idiot

“Yes, we were wondering if you have some rooms available for tonight.” Lenalee answered. She gave us two room keys to which made Lavi love her even more.

“What’s your name?” He drooled

“My name? Lulu Bell.” She answered and Lavi continued to fawn all over her while the rest of us sweatdropped

“Should we stop him…?” I asked

~Time skip~

Our dinner was cold milk, but I gladly drank all of it.

“This milk is colder than the rain outside…” Krory sighed

“So, I take it you’re not going to drink yours?” I said eyeing his bowl

"I never said that..." He said gulping it down

"This guy...really?" I mumbled

~Time skip~

“What is that noise?” Lenalee yelled

“Sorry…” I apologized sheepishly at my growling stomach, but heard akuma screaming outside before I could say much else

“Lenalee…” I started getting up slowly from my bed

“What is it?” She asked picking up on my serious tone

“We need to go!” I said pulling her out of the room seconds before an akuma shot through it.

“Thanks.” Lenalee breathed, but I wasn’t listening. My suitcase was still in there!

“My books! You go help everyone while I go get the books!” I screamed before carefully making my way into what was left of the room.

“Please be okay…” I repeated over and over while turning over broken pieces of ceiling trying to find the suitcase

“Ah hah!” I cheered when I finally found it. Right after I had picked up the suitcase, an akuma started shooting at me. I screamed at it and jumped back onto another side of the room, but when the akuma blew up and caused it to crumble and fall taking me with it. This time I screamed in horror.

“Grow. Grow! Grow!” I heard Lavi yell, and I suddenly stopped falling

“You gotta be more careful, kid.” He warned

“Who’re you calling a kid?!” I yelled, but he just laughed. Before he took us to the kitchen of the inn to meet up with everyone else.

“Where’s Lulu?” Lavi asked

“We can’t find her anywhere.” Krory said

“Hey look! It’s my cat friend!” I yelled pointing to the cat from earlier who was walking out the door.

~Time skip~

We all split up to find Lulu. Lenalee and I looked around the inn for her, and we discovered that Lulu killed the family that originally owned the inn and that she’s also a Noah.

“Lenalee! I hear akuma!” I yelled from across the room

“Lead the way!” She said, and I nodded running towards the horrible noise.

“Al/Allen!” Lenalee and I screamed in unison when I saw Lulu standing in front of him

“What the hell do you think you're doing, Noah?” I hissed

“I don't see how that's any of your business.” She answering plainly turning to face me

“Not my business? Fine. Are you the one who killed General Yeegar?”

“No.”

“If you didn’t, who did? Was it Road?”

“I once again fail to see how you're involved.” She said disappearing around the corner

“Come back here and tell me who!” I screamed, but she was gone.

The next morning, they were all sharing the information they had gathered the night before, but I wasn’t paying attention. I had more pressing matters to attend to…

“So, we meet again you metal killing machine.” I hissed at the boat

“What’s wrong with her?” Lavi asked

“She’s afraid of riding boats.” Al answered

“And trains.” Lenalee added with a giggle

“Stupid piece of junk!” I yelled kicking the metal contraption, but cowering behind Al when it rocked a little to the side
