I am extremely sorry for taking so long to update. I feel so bad. Anyway I hope you enjoy this chapter and yeah enjoy :) Also from this chapter till the last chapter you may guess who you think the attacker is.

Emilia stood there unable to move. Sure the doctors had said that they where able to enter the room, but Emilia didn't know if she would be able to cope, seeing her younger sister, who she loved ever so much, lying there hanging onto her life, and not sure if she would be able to pull through or not. Even though Emilia had been told countless amounts of times, that this wasn't her fault, she didn't believe them."You ready to go in,"

Ethan said signaling they had entered the hallway to the room, and they where now standing in the front of Room 125. Emilia was not sure, she watched as her mother entered the room."Em, This is seriously not your fault no-one is blaming this for you," Ethan said placing his hands on her shoulders."I know, but what if she does," Emilia said not knowing how she would cope if her own sister blames her for the rest of her life. I mean she is still young, things like this can scare a child for life, and have life lasting impacts on her life,"

Emilia said starting to freak out over this."That probably wont happen," Ethan said trying to comfort her, hoping she would not bring up the "issue"."Um Ethan, do you not remember mum tricking you into eating a lime when you where 4, by saying it was a cucumber? Have you ever touched a lime or cucumber again...No so what's to say that that is not going to happen to me Ethan? What if she never speaks to me again?"

Emilia said crying into Ethan's shoulder, letting it all out."Emilia, that is never going to happen, Addison loves you far to much to hate you and she looks up to you far to much. I see the way she looks at you. It is with love and admiration, just the other day when she rung me, she could not stop going on about you and the chocolate cake you made, and how great of a baker you where and how she wished she could be more like you. She may only be three but she looks up too you so much Emilia," Ethan said with his strong hands on her shoulders making her look up into his warm eyes."But what if that's all changed?" Emilia asked with tears filling her eyes."I am sure... no certain that she wont be mad at you, believe me okay," Ethan says comforting his younger sister."I will try to. And thanks Ethan. Addison and I are lucky to have you as our older brother," Emilia said wrapping her arms around her older brother."And I to are lucky to have such amazing wonderful younger sisters, even if they do make fun of my cucumber/Lime incident," Ethan said poking his tongue out at Emilia."Hey," Emilia said playfully shoving her older brother.

"Are you two coming in? You have been out here for the past half and hour and I was wondering where you got too," their mother said walking out, looking like she had seen a ghost."Yeah we are coming right, Em?" Ethan asked walking to the door."Yeah... right," Emilia said taking small steps not knowing what to expect."Remember she will never hate you," Ethan said whispering as they walk through the door.

Emilia's heart stopped once again as she walked into the room, as she saw her younger sister lying there on the white bed, with nothing but tubes and wires coming out of her pale, warn out body, with her small heart rising up and down slowly, as the tubes pumped oxygen into her 'life-less' body. The occasional beep goes off, signaling that she still has a pulse and she has not flat lined. A beep goes off, and not long after a nurse walks in with fluids and connects them up to the IV line"To keep her fluids up, so no damage to her kidneys are done," The nurse said before doing her routine observations."Pulse is at 80 - 120," the nurse said as she placed her stethoscope around her neck."I am Helen, and I will be you nurse this afternoon, and most afternoons untill Addison is able to go home. Now normally we only allow one family member over the age of 18 to stay with the child, but because this is a special case we will allow you all to stay," Helen said while smiling. "Well I better go check on my other patients. I will be back within the hour, but if you need anything hit that button up there, and if there happens to be an emergency which is very unlikely, hit that button," Helen said before walking out the door."Oh...they say coma patients are able to hear and understand us, so don't be afraid to talk to her. She will most likely happen to hear it, "Helen said as she walks out the room.

That is when Emilia completely broke down in tears."I am so...so...so... sorry,"Emilia said in between tears."Please forgive me," Emilia said placing her head on Addison's bed"I think we should go home and get some supplies," Ethan said speaking out, knowing that maybe a drive will help calm Emilia down."Okay," was all that managed to come out of Emilia's mouth As they where driving home Emilia sent a text to Chase letting him know that Addison would be okay and that she was sorry if she sounded to mean prior

."Hey Chase, looks like Addison is going to be okay, and is expected to recover fully once they wake her up from the comer. I am sorry if I sounded to mean before I was just stressed. Forgive me?"After a few moments Emilia's phone buzzed in her hand.

'It's fine, and you're forgiven, and I should not have asked you out in that circumstance. If anything should be the one asking you for forgiveness, so if you could find it at all possible could you please forgive me?"  Emilia smiled while reading the text at home at how sweet Chase was being

."All is forgiven whats say we start on a clean slate." Emilia typed back to Chase."Deal."

Emilia and Ethan went home after deciding that they would need supplies, as they had no-idea how long Addison was going to be in hospital for and they didn't in particular want to leave her side. Seeing how close the siblings where, Emilia still felt bad, knowing that this stress she had caused the family was probably her fault.

"Hey Em," Ethan said poking his head out of their mother's room."Hmm" Emilia said walking out with a bag full of Addison's things, so when she awoke, there would be some sort familiarly for her when she awakened."Can you go check the mail, before we leave," Ethan said grabbing the bags that they had packed before walking to the garage and placing the bags into the car. He grabbed a few snacks so their mother wouldn't have to live of hospital food, so it would remind her of the last time she was there.

Both Emilia and Ethan knew that this was bringing back the memories of their farther, so they wanted her not to have so to many stressful memories of the last time they where in hospital. So she would have strength to help Addison Fight this fight  Emilia open the letter box to see a small piece of paper float out, she picked it up ever so carefully and turned it over relieving the words.

"Next time she wont be so lucky."

Emilia felt her insides turn like she had just completed the loop on a terrifying roller coaster. She froze, now knowing for sure that whoever this was, was doing this purposely. Emilia promised herself then and there that she would make sure whoever did this would pay for hurting their little sister and she would do what ever she could to get to the bottom of this.

So did you enjoy ? I tried to make it extra long seeing as I have not updated in a while. Did you like the length like this or do you prefer it smaller, longer, or about this size? I will try and update more regularly, but I have major assignments right now so I will see what happens. But I promise to try uploading more regularly than I have been.
