So when it's school time, I can eat an entire pizza, 3 bowls of pasta, a few apples and cookies, but still be starving.

But in the summer I eat, like, one segment of an orange and I'm full and fine.

Now I didn't realise that.

Naturally, you eat when you are stressed. So it shows a lot of the weight you put on is stress from school or work. Personally, I find it easier to keep a healthy diet when it's not school. I tend to skip breakfast because I'm strapped for time and I skip dinner a few times. But now that it's summer, I'm keeping a some what healthy diet.

What about you guys? What have you noticed in your habits that differ from when it's school to when it's the holidays?
