I chased after Robby, pushing my way through the ensuing fights until I reached one of the Cobra Kai's pursuing him.

I grabbed the back of his gi and yanked him backward, sucker punching him in the face as he turned in surprise.

He went down and I reached for Robby only to be dragged away by the captain of Dublin Thunder. I cried out as she karate chopped my ribs, they were still tender and had since broken out in a large purple bruise that filled up my side.

"Rahhh!" I yelled as I shoved her backwards but she locked her hands over my arms and yanked me towards her. I lost my footing and crashed to the ground.

"Robby! Tory!" I heard Sam yell over the chaos and both myself and the captain turned, she glanced down at me then ran for Sam.

"No!" I cried, grabbing her ankle and holding her in place. She scowled then drew it up and kicked me across the cheek. I felt something crack but kept holding on.

"Euuhhh!" she screamed and forced her foot down harder before giving it a full tug. I lost my grip as hot liquid poured down my face and she flew at Sam.

I rolled onto my back just in time to see Maria, the captain of the Furia de Pantera, staring menacingly down at me. She drew back her foot and tried to stomp on my chest. I rolled back onto my front then continued onto my back again, propelling myself up to my feet and gesturing her on with my hand.

"Try it Bitch." I yelled as she charged me, fists flailing. I blocked, throwing her hands off to the sides. She kicked me in the leg, and I dipped onto my knees. Her leg flew round and I caught it. I rolled forwards dragging her down to my level.

I caught sight of Eli and Demetri as Maria grabbed my hair and dragged me down by my ponytail.

"Eli! Demetri!" I screamed, throwing my elbows back at her as she forced my head back and drew up her fist.

I closed my eyes, waiting for her to knock me cold until I fell back and hit the mat, my hair being pulled violently but finally let go of.

Demetri turned, his fists still out from where he'd landed his kick then he offered me his hand and pulled me to my feet. Eli booted his opponent away then swarmed us.

"Holy shit, your face." he cried when he saw the open wound on my cheek.

"What? I just wanted to match Demetri." I joked, looking up at the bruise on his cheek.

He smiled but as he did I watched someone running at him from behind and shoved him out of the way, hard enough to send him to the ground. I drew my fist back and slammed it into the guys face as hard as I could.

His nose exploded with blood and he grabbed it before holding his bloody hands up with a spooked look then went down for the count.

"There's no way that just happened!" Demetri scoffed and I laughed.

"How'd he get this far being afraid of blood!"

"Incoming!" Eli yelled and we all spun, backs to each other, round in a protective formation.

We had each other's backs, no matter what.

"Come on you roided-out bitch!" Demetri screamed as we were ambushed by the dojo that was kicked out for drug usage.

A burly guy grinned at me sickeningly and I frowned.

"Ewwww." I groaned as he pushed in, fists out, aiming to hit me in the face. I ducked and dodged round his fist, hopping from foot to foot, trying not to have to touch his ugly ass.

"Ok fine!" I gave up and punched him in the middle of his chest, he wheezed and stumbled back right as Maria showed up again. She kicked him out of the way then looked at me for a split second before heading for another guy that was attacking Demetri.

I watched as Tory and Robby met up in the middle and looked to Hawk and Demetri, who were currently holding their own.

I focused in on Zara between them and scoffed, "Oh, this is gonna be good!"

I vaulted from the stage where we'd retreated to, flying across the room and landing just in front of Zara.

"Hiya," I cooed, "Round two?" I didn't give her a chance to respond, instead hitting her with a punch, she caught it and smirked.

I nodded indifferently and then dropped down as if I was going to sweep her legs, she used her other hand to defend, going to swipe my leg away, only I hadn't stuck out my leg. Instead I span, ducking under her grasp and wrenching my fist free. I stood up and right hooked her in the defenceless face.

I watched as she toppled sideways then got dragged away from the fight by someone who grabbed me by the waist.

I struggled against him, kicking my legs out and throwing my elbows back.

"Let me go, you bastard!"

"Awww, but I thought you wanted this." Kwon taunted, "Practically begged other night."

I felt my temper snap and screamed at the top of my lungs, ramming my foot back as hard as I could into his shin.

He dropped me and grabbed for it and I spun on him, furious.

I kicked at him and he slid back just in time to defend himself. He blocked me, jumping forwards with his own kick and catching me by the shoulder.

He forced me to the ground and then paused, "Keene!" he yelled, pushing me away and running for Robby.

He caught him off guard, kicking him to the ground and attempting to bring a foot down on him but Sam was faster, rushing in to save Robby only to receive the brute force of the kick.

I turned and rolled out of the way as Axel threw off Miguel and he landed just inches away from me.

Axel stormed for Kwon, clearly trying to protect Sam.

He snapped Kwon backwards like a stick then threw him to the side, raising his fists and getting ready to fight.

Kwon fought back like his life depended on it, barraging Axel with kicks, breaking down his cement walls slowly, piece by piece.

Axel threw his attacks away, but he looked tired and pained. I watched him flip Kwon over his back and slam him to the ground. Kwon shot back to his feet just in time for Axel to roundhouse him backwards into the broadcast camera.

It toppled over, taking Kwon with it. He touched his bloody nose and cried out.

I looked up at Axel, terrified by his raw power.

Kwon got back up, raising to his feet and clutching something in his hand.

I watched as the two boys faced off, staring each other down viciously.

Kwon screamed and ran at Axel, unleashing kick after kick as he span round and round.

"Kwon, NO!" Sensei LaRusso shouted from the background and I watched in terror as Kwon jumped at Axel, spinning as he did. Axel lashed out, knocking his foot from beneath him and Kwon fell. Landing roughly on the ground.

He screamed in pain, haunting, soul-breaking and I had to look away.

The whole room stopped, the air was still and silent and I slowly drew open my eyelids to find Kwon laying flat on the floor. I reached for Miguel beside me as I started to hyperventilate and he clutched my arm back.

We were just as afraid as each other as we stepped in to stare down at Kwon.

The Sensei's and official martials crossed through the crowd with no blockages and Daniel appeared first. He bent down, touching Kwon's shoulder tenderly as a pool of blood leaked towards my feet.

I stared down at it fearfully, my whole body began to tremble, tears brimmed my eyes and I tried to suck in air that was too heavy to breath.

"Kwon?" Daniel asked gently.

He rolled him back to reveal a knife lodged in his chest, his eyes staring blankly up at nothing and blood soaking into his gi, almost hidden by its tar black colour.

A breath escaped my lungs and I let out a strangled sob.

My arm slid free from Miguel's as I dropped to my knees. I couldn't tear my eyes away as we all realised the same thing.

Kwon was dead.
