*Two days later/Tami's POV*
Today me and Mason were at the park, kicking the football back and forth between us. It was a nice day so why not but we both did have jumpers on just in case (MEDIA)
"Mummy" Mason said and kicked the ball to me
"Yes?" I asked and kicked the ball back
"Can we maybe go Insomnia 55? A lot of YouTubers will be there and I was hoping to meet some" Mason said and kicked the ball back. I stopped the ball once it got to me
"Baby, that's in Coventry" I said
"I know but still please" Mason said, I sighed
"I'll think about it" I said and kicked the football back to Mason
*SKIPPING A FEW HOURS*
I got out of my car and closed the door behind me before opening the back door and undoing Mason's seat belt and helping him out of the car seat. I grabbed his backpack after he got out and then closed the door and locked it before grabbing Mason's hand. We got to the door and Mason knocked then waited
"COMING" I heard someone shout and I chuckled, the door open to reveal Mason's grandpa Mike
"MASON" Mike shouted and held his arms out
"GRANDPA" Mason shouted and let go of my hand before running to his grandpa, I smiled and walked in after them. I closed the door and watched them, Mike let Mason go and walked over to me
"Tami" Mike said and hugged me
"Hi Mike" I said and hugged back
"Surprised to see you staying here for a few hours, normally you're in a rush and drop Mason off" Mike said and let go of me
"Yea it's been a while since I've been able to come here and stay instead of rushing off" I said
"Come on" Mike said and picked up Mason before racing to the living room
"BE CAREFUL" I shouted after them
"WE KNOW MUM" Mason and Mike both shouted, I chuckled and walked into the living room
"Hey Mason how about you go get the toys while I talk to your mum?" Mike asked
"YEA" Mason shouted and ran off
"What's wrong? You look stressed but also on the borderlines of 'I don't know'" Mike said, I sighed and sat down on this couch
"Mason wants to go Coventry for an event but I don't know if I should take him or not" I said
"Listen I know you're worried but do what you think is best, maybe it's a good idea to go then you'll get to spend the day with your son since you don't really often do get the chance because of University or Mason would be at school but do what you think is best for your son" Mike said
"Thanks Mike" I said
"It's nothing but just be careful if you do go" Mike said and kissed my forehead in a fatherly way, just then Mason ran in with toys
"That's a lot of toys" Mike said and sat down with Mason, I watched them play and thought about what Mike said
"Mike can I use your laptop?" I asked, Mike smiled and grabbed his laptop from the table before handing it to me
"Thank you" I said before grabbing it, I turned the laptop on and waited for it to load before going to the Insomnia website and booked tickets for me and Mason. We are going to Insomnia 55...
A/N
So it's results day today, pray I get good grades. If I don't update tomorrow then that means I'm dead.. Asian parents are scary af on results day because they aren't happy with any grade you get unless it's a A*... Pray for me
