*Few days later/Tami's POV*

Ever since the day of insomnia I haven't seen him and I'm so glad because that means Mason would feel safe again, it probably was our minds playing tricks but then it can't be because he was actually there. I need to stop thinking about him, he's my past now. Right now Mason was at the playhouse since I had to go Uni today and just got back, Mike will be picking him up since I'm too tired and stressed with course work. I dropped my bag in the hallway by the front door before taking my shoes off and walking to the kitchen, I turned the kettle on and waited for the water to boil. I grabbed my phone out of my pockets to see a text from Natalie

Coming home today x

I smiled and locked my phone then left it on the counter, her and Jenny decided to stay back with the guys in Coventry for a few days. Guess they are coming back today then, I heard the kettle go off so I grabbed a mug and made hot chocolate before walking to the living room with the mug and my phone. I sat down on the couch and turned the TV on just as the front door opened

"WE'RE HOME" I heard two familiar voices shout, I chuckled

"MUMMY" I heard another familiar voice shout, I stopped chuckling and frowned. I thought Mike was picking him up, next thing I knew a group of people walked into the living room. Three of them being my idiots and the other seven being the Sidemen

"Nice for all of you to join" I said before my eyes landed on the little one

"I thought Mike was gonna pick him up" I said

"Yea but you wasn't picking up so we called Mike and he said you went Uni while Mason was at the playhouse, we decided to pick him up and told Mike not to worry" Natalie said and dropped down onto the couch with Jenny following her

"Of course you did" I said and rolled my eyes, Mason came over to me and sat down on my lap

"What's that?" Mason asked and pointed at the mug

"Hot chocolate, what some?" I said and held the mug up, Mason nodded his head and took a few slips

"You guys can sit down you know" Jenny said, I looked at the guys and nodded my head while smiling

"Sit" I said, they all sat down

"Sorry I don't know names except for Simon and Josh" I said with an innocent smile

"Vik"

"JJ"

"Tobi"

"Ethan"

"Harry"

"Tami" I said and smiled before looking at Natalie

"So you're with Ethan?" I asked, Natalie nodded her head then I looked at Jenny

"You're with Simon?" I asked, Jenny nodded her head. I looked at the guys

"Anymore girlfriends I should know about?" I asked, Harry raised his hand and I raised my eyebrow

"I'm dating this girl called Lia, I met her at Games the other day" Harry said, the guys looked at him in shock

"Why are we only hearing about this?" Josh asked

"It slipped out of my brain?" Harry asked and shrugged his shoulders

"Mummy?" Mason said, I looked at him

"Yea?" I asked

"Can I go kick the football around in the garden please?" Mason asked

"In a minute or so, let me relax for a bit then I'll join you" I said

"Okay" Mason said before sliding off my lap

"You hungry?" I asked

"No, auntie Jenny let me buy sweets on the way home" Mason said, I looked at Jenny and glared

"Stop glaring, it's not good for your health" Jenny said

"I will hurt you, you know not to give him sweets. The boy ends up having so much energy" I said

"I only brought him one or two sweets" Jenny said, just then Mason started to run around the house

"Anddddd there it is, the kid has energy" I said and sarcastically smiled

"Noooo, Simon save me" Jenny squealed before running towards Simon, he grabbed her and she fell onto his lap. Natalie moved to sit near Ethan but he pulled her onto his lap and kissed her cheek

"The boy can't save you" I said and stood up, Jenny squealed and hid in Simon's arms. I chuckled and grabbed the mug before walking into the kitchen, I walked to the sink and started to wash the mug

"Hey" I heard someone say, I turned my head to see Josh. I gave him a small smile

"Hi" I said and turned the tap off before drying my hands

"I feel so stupid for not knowing you had a son since I did come in" Josh said

"It's kinda my fault since I told him not to come downstairs just in case you were a murder or something" I said, we both chuckled

"Nah if I was to murder you then I wouldn't knock, I think I saw a open window I would have climb through that" Josh said

"Note to self: lock windows at night even if you're dying of heat" I said and nodded my head, it was then quiet for a few seconds

"Tami?" Josh said, breaking the silence

"Yea" I said

"I was wondering if I could have your number? You seem like a really chill girl and I was hoping we could be friends" Josh said and awkwardly scratched his neck, I looked at Josh unsure

"I don't know Josh" I said and looked down

"I know what happened to Luke and I'm sorry for your loss. I don't know what happened with the last guy and I do want to know but only when you're comfortable with telling me. For now I want to be friends, nothing else" Josh said, I looked up at Josh

"I want to help Tami" Josh says, I nod my head

"Ok" I said before giving him my number, I'm hoping I'm doing the right thing...
