*A week later/Josh's POV*
Mason has been calling me dad a lot recently and to be honest it has become normal for me, the guys and girls were a little weirded out but are slowly getting use to it. I was editing my FIFA video when I heard something drop downstairs, I got up and walked out of my office. I went downstairs and into the kitchen where I noticed Tami picking up glass piece and Mason looking like he's about to cry
"What happened?" I asked
"He dropped the glass by accident and I told him not to move in not so nice voice" Tami said obviously annoyed
"You shouted at him?" I asked and picked Mason up, he wrapped his arms around my neck and hid his face. Tami froze for a few seconds before continuing to pick up the broken pieces
"Yea" Tami said and sighed, I looked at Tami then back at Mason
"How about we go play with toys while your mummy cleans up?" I asked, Mason rubbed his eyes and nodded his head. I smiled a little and walked into the living room, I set Mason down on the carpet and sat down with him then grabbed the toy box. Mason pulled out pieces of a race track so I helped him build it and we had a race with the cars. After a while I heard Tami swearing in the kitchen
"I'll be back buddy, just going to check on your mummy" I said and stood up
"Ok" Mason said, I smiled and ruffled his hair before going to the kitchen. I saw Tami leaning against the counter with her head in her hands, I walked over and wrapped my arms around her
"You ok love?" I asked, Tami relaxed and leaned back into me
"I'm just tired, haven't gotten sleep and I feel stressed and sick. I've been struggling to make lunch" Tami said and I felt bad, I kissed her shoulders
"How about we go on a date tomorrow? It would be just us two and stress free. I can get the guys to watch Mason, I'm sure the guys miss him" I asked, Tami looked at me
"I would like that" Tami said softly, I smiled and kissed her forehead
"Go take a nap on the couch, I'll make lunch" I said
"You sure?" Tami asked
"Positive" I said, she smiled and kissed me which I responded to. We kissed for a bit before pulling away
"Go take a nap" I said and let her go, she smiled before going to the living room. I leaned against the counter and thought about the perfect date tomorrow but I can also ask the question tomorrow since I've been waiting for a week now. Mason knows what I'm planning to ask since he went with me to get the gift. Just hope she say yes or I'll look like an idiot tomorrow...
