Satisfied with their initial success, Shivam and Ruturaj shared the videos in the IPL players' group chat, which included members from all franchises. The reactions were immediate.

Team unknowingly echoing the phrase.

KL Rahul: Broooooo! What have you done?
Shubman Gill: Arey yaar, Akanksha mujhe maar dalegi!
Hardik Pandya: I’m 100% making will jacks to say this!
Rishabh Pant: Hahaha, mei Miller se ye bulwanunga  .

One by one, players from different teams convinced their foreign teammates to say the phrase under the pretense of it being a popular Hindi slogan beloved by fans.

Akanksha took a deep breath as she stepped into the Gujarat Titans (GT) training camp. She had barely walked in when she heard loud laughter followed by a very off-key yet enthusiastic rendition of "Bhabiji pareypona!" echoing across the field.

She frowned.
"No way..."

As she turned the corner, she saw Rashid Khan and Jos Buttler standing in the middle of a group of GT players, singing at the top of their lungs. And to make matters worse, they were looking directly at her, as if she were the inspiration for their performance.

"Bhabiji pareypona! Bhabiji pareypona!" Rashid twirled around dramatically, while Jos strummed an imaginary guitar, both of them completely oblivious to the mortified expression on Akanksha’s face.

The other players, including Hardik Pandya and Mohammed Shami, were in splits, clapping along.

Shubman, who had been standing nearby, immediately tensed. He shot Akanksha an apologetic look, as if to say, *I swear I had nothing to do with this.*

Akanksha folded her arms, narrowing her eyes at him before looking at Rashid and Jos.
"Do you guys have a death wish, or should I just assume you’ve lost your minds?

Rashid grinned, winking.
"Arrey, bhabiji, don’t be mad,It’s all love, no?"

Jos added with a smirk.
"Yeah! And technically, you’re only *almost* Bhabiji,"

Akanksha groaned and turned to Shubman. "Do you see what you’ve done? This is all your fault!"

Shubman sighed and ran a hand through his hair.
"I swear, I didn't tell them anything!"

"Yeah, yeah, save it!"
she huffed before storming off, while the GT boys continued their impromptu concert behind her.

---

Later that night, Akanksha was back in her hotel room, scrolling through her phone when she heard a faint knock on her window. She froze.

*What the—?*

Cautiously, she walked over and peeked through the curtains. Her eyes widened when she saw Shubman standing outside, looking around nervously.

She unlocked the window.
"Are you insane? What are you doing here?!"

Shubman slipped inside, making sure not  make any noise.
"Shhh! I made sure no one saw me."

Akanksha put her hands on her hips.
"That doesn’t answer my question."

He grinned mischievously.
"You lost the bet, remember? GT won against MI. That means you have to do something I say."

She narrowed her eyes.
"Shubman, it better not be anything ridiculous."

He smirked, stepping closer.
"Oh, don’t worry,I promise it’ll be fun."

Shubman leaned in, his voice dropping to a soft whisper.
"I want you to go on a real date with me. No sneaking around, no hiding. Just us, out in the open."

Akanksha's breath hitched .
"You know that's impossible, Shubman. Your teammates already treat me like their personal entertainment. Imagine if the media finds out!"

He smiled, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
"I don’t care about them. I just want one evening where I can hold your hand in public, take you out, and not worry about who's watching."

She hesitated, her heart racing.
"And if I say no?"

Shubman chuckled, his eyes twinkling with mischief.
"Then I'll just have to keep sneaking into your room until you say yes. And trust me, I have plenty of time and a lot of patience."

Akanksha groaned, but a small smile played on her lips.
"Fine. One date. But if I see even one camera, I’m blaming you."

He grinned, tilting his head playfully
"Deal,But there's one more thing."

Akanksha raised an eyebrow.
"What now?"

Shubman stepped even closer, his voice barely above a whisper.
"A kiss. Just one. Right now. As proof you won’t back out."

Akanksha’s breath caught in her throat. "Shubman—"

he teased, his lips dangerously close to hers.
"No backing out,A bet’s a bet,babygirl."

Her heart pounded, and for a moment, she thought about pushing him away. But then, with a deep breath, she leaned in, pressing a quick, soft kiss to his lips before pulling away just as fast.

Shubman smirked.
"That wasn’t so bad, was it?"

She shoved him toward the window, cheeks burning, while he laughed softly, slipping away into the night.
"Out. Now."
