Lunch has now arrived at Lena's office, and she has had her security accept the order and send it up to her office. While Lena waited for the security to bring the food up to her office, she made sure to giver the driver a $100 tip, which is what she generally does anyway. Lena simply does this because given that she is a billionaire a $100 tip on a $34 order feels a lot more appropriate than a 20% $6.80 tip, or rounded up to $7. After all, at the end of the day Lena is well aware that in the time it takes her security to bring her and Sam's lunch order up to her office, she will have likely made made several thousand dollars in interest, which in the frame of things actually makes a $100 tip seem very rude from Lena. However, Lena has had years of experience being rich, and she knows that if she tipped much more than $100, she would likely have people scrambling to make sure they somehow take her orders to L-Corp, or maybe people coming to her offering to just be her exclusive delivery driver or whatever, just in the hopes that they'd earn more money that way from what she tips. Lena doesn't want to deal with any of those headaches so she sticks with the $100 tip for now, and occasionally tips a lot more when it is a big order, or she is in a really good mood or something.

Lena soon takes in the delivery order from her security, thanking her employee for bringing it up to her office, and then turns back to her coffee table area in her office, where she soon places the white paper bag on the table, ready to open it. As Lena does this, Sam actually doesn't seem to notice that their food has arrived at all, as the CFO is completely enthralled in the diary that Nyssa gave her, which she has been reading over the last 10 minutes. Of course, the fact Sam is this enthralled with the diary does make Lena very curious as to what is inside, and makes her want to read it herself. However, Lena doesn't think doing such a thing would be a good idea for her potential friendship with Nyssa. After all, Nyssa gave Sam the diary to read, not her, so Lena would basically be violating Nyssa's trust and privacy if she were to read the diary without Nyssa's specific permission. Plus, at the same time, Lena thinks it might be a bit more natural for their potential friendship, for Lena to learn more about Nyssa from the woman, rather than reading it in a diary.

"Uhmm Sam?" Lena says, getting the brunette's attention.

"Hmm?" Sam replies, as she looks up at Lena.

"The food's here." Lena says, gesturing to the food.

"Oh.... Okay." Sam says, and then puts the diary to the side.

"I take it the diary is, at the very least, enthralling? You seemed to be lost in a world of reading the diary." Lena says, as she takes a seat on one of the single chairs opposite Sam and begins to unwrap her sandwich from the foil.

"I mean..... yeah.... I've only read a little bit of it, and obviously it is from Talia's perspective, but..... I can already see just how much of an awful life Nyssa and Talia had, and how horrible their father was, and the situation he put them in. It seems that the only positive that they had in their lives was each other, and I don't know..... it sounds like from this at first Talia was unsure about her sister, and taking care of her and things, but clearly she grew to love her so much. It makes me think of today, and what Nyssa now must feel, with her sister being who she is currently." Sam says.

"Yes. I know. That is what I was saying to you." Lena says.

"I know." Sam nods, and now begins to unwrap her sandwich, "This doesn't mean that I'm going to suddenly trust Nyssa though. I'm going to read the rest of this diary, and then we can see after that."

"Fair enough." Lena nods.

****************

Back in Iceland, the Lazarus pit waters remain still, as they have done for the last several minutes after Talia slipped her body into the water, just after she lost consciousness. The cave truly has an eerie feeling, as if anyone were standing there in this moment, they would be able to feel that things are right on the precipice of kicking off. Soon though, the Lazarus pit waters start to bubble once more. At first, only a few bubbles come to the surface of the Lazarus pit, with them popping as they reach the surface, after about a minute though, the bubbles increase, and the water looks like how water looks when you start to boil it. Eventually, after a few more moments, the Lazarus pit waters reach a climax, and suddenly Talia comes shoot out of the waters, in a large leap, and then lands down on the ground, at the edge of the Lazarus pit, with one knee on the ground, and water dripping all over her.
