A title given to children or descendants of those who consumed the Celebre drug.
From birth, they are registered and controlled using tags embedded with chips that monitor their vital signs and are ranked from D/5 all the way to S/0,depending on their strengths.
Thus, they are also known as "Tagged" and are fully despised by normals.Tags are used as a symbol to warn Normals of how dangerous they can be. To be accurate,the tags signify a simple warning.
