Daughter of Daring Do

"Final Chapter"

A/N: hey guys! This is the last chapter. I hate to disappoint you guys, but it's the last one. Hope you guys liked the last chapter!!!

To bad a daughter can't always spend time with her mother, but a week should be enough to them. There are still adventures Daring Do must do and friendship and cleaning the sky Rainbow Dash must complete.
After learning everything, the mares thought she should go by Amazia Kate, her real name. But Rainbow decides only her true parents will call her that.
The others had head back to Ponyville for their usual work, but Rainbow Dash stayed for a week at her mother's and felt now she must fly back home as well.
It was a shame everything had to go back the way it was. Daring Do being the hero, Caballeron as the enemy, and Rainbow Dash, as the citizen? (Idk xD)
At least for that week, Caballeron wasn't the enemy. Her prefer to be the father he was meant to be. He was sad though that his baby mare had to leave.
When Rainbow Dash was packing up and taking a glance at her room one last time, Caballeron came in looking so sad. Seeing his baby all grown up and leaving was hard. He had actual tears in his eyes. He tried to hide them, but he failed.
Rainbow heard his whimpering holding back, and then walked to him. "Hey, you okay?"
"Yes I'm just...." he looked at her again with the tears in his eyes. Then wrapped his hoofs around her and said "I just wish I could spend more time with you, like I should have."
Rainbow Dash kinda felt bad she had to leave. She hasn't felt an actual father love in forever. And she definitely didn't expect it from Caballeron. She smiled having tears reach her and hugged back. "It's okay. I'll see you again."
"Yeah that's if Ahuizotl doesn't try to kill you again." He laughed as his daughter did.
This was one adventure they both enjoyed, even though death almost came to them.
So did Daring Do. She looked down at he keyboard thinking of the adventure she had with her family. It kept repeating in her mind and she didn't know what to think. Should she write the while truth or make something up about this leaving out a few details? She wasn't sure.
She was already upset she was going to miss her daughter and actual true love. She lost her once, and she's not sure if she's ready to lose her again.
The tears kept coming to her and she just couldn't stop at all.
She felt a hoof on her shoulder and looked up at the earth stallion as he smiled. He understood her clearly. "It will be alright."
She smiled and hugged him. She certainly was gonna miss him. "I'll miss you."
"Me too." He whispered.
Rainbow Dash watched the two hug each other. She smiled of how they looked cute together. Then again, they are her parents. But if Daring Do would have put that she dated Caballeron and had her, this would have made total sense to Rainbow Dash before finding out.
She walked in seeing the two adult ponies pull away. She smiled as Caballeron gave Daring a kiss on the forehead.
Daring Do then looked at her grown up baby and felt she could cry even more. "You know," she said as she walked to Rainbow Dash. "I'm really proud of you sweetie. You've done so much and are truly a big hero. I'm so glad you're still alive. I just hate I can't spend more time with you. I should have never made that mistake trying to protect you." She sounded so sad.
Rainbow smiled and said "It's okay. I can see why you did it. It makes sense. It's alright, mom." Then she gave her mother a hugged from her hoofs.
Daring could cry even more but she hold back as much as she can. At least we know where Rainbow's personality comes from. She hugged her baby back as she was gonna miss her so much.
Caballeron loved to see them hugging and couldn't help but join them. He gave them a big hug.
But this hug could have killed them.
"Um... can't... Breath..." Rainbow said breathless.
"Oh sorry." He chuckled letting them go to catch their breath. "I'm really just gonna miss you both. I may be able to see you a lot fighting you." He winked at Daring Do.
She blushed how she loved the winking.
"But you," he turned to Rainbow Dash. "I'm probably never gonna see you again."
"You will. Both of you will. I just gotta find a way to visit without you guys killing each other."
They chuckled seeing her point. "I don't think I'll try to kill him, if you know what I mean." Daring Do winked at Rainbow.
"Okay ew." She said thinking a grips idea.
They both laugh by how silly Rainbow can be at times. They each heading out for the door but Daring Do remain inside. This was hard for family to let go.
"At least I know what I'll be writing." Daring Do said.
"And I'll know what I'm missing." Caballeron said. Then he hugged Rainbow Dash one last time. "I'm gonna miss you Amazia Kate."
"Me too, dad." She said trying not to cry.
They pulled away, and Caballeron was heading to the woods. Before he could, he ran back to them to give Daring Do another kiss.
She blushed at his actions but couldn't help but like it. She'll miss his kisses.
Rainbow Dash was trying not to laugh at the awkward moment.
Caballeron then pulled away and ran back towards the woods. But then he look at them one last time and waved to them saying "I love you both!" Then he ran into the woods never seen again.
They both were waving but then Rainbow's tears just fell off her cheeks. "I love you too dad."
Daring Do saw her daughter unhappy and placed a hoof on her shoulder telling her "It'll be okay. You can always visit honey. I know he define you loves you."
Rainbow wiped away her tears and said "It's funny. I'm not suppose to cry."
She chuckled. "You and me both."
After looking at her father for the last time, it was time Rainbow said goodbye to the pony who gave birth to her. She couldn't help but hug Daring Do again and said "Bye mom. I love you."
Daring Do hugged back trying not to cry at the sound of her voice. "I love you too sweetie."
After that last hug, Rainbow knew she had to leave. So she flew off into the sky to try and find her home.
Daring Do watched her fly away and had each tear fall from her cheeks as she went back inside her home alone.

A week later...

Another week went by and Rainbow was manage to fix herself up since she had that adventure with her family and friends. It was something she will never forget.
Her friends came over a few times to ask how was her week with her parents and she admitted it, it was totally fun.
She was in her clouded house looking at her Daring Do posters. She kept reminding the memories she had with her mother.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!
Rainbow heard the knocking and flew towards her door to open it. "Oh hey Twi-whoa!"
She was pushed by the Alicorn princess and was dugged into the ground. She felt pain on her back.
"Okay, ow!" She said.
"You won't believe it Rainbow Dash!" Twilight said smiling wide. Then she used we magic to levitate a book and showed it to Rainbow Dash. It was another Daring Do book, but it was the new one. But this time, Rainbow Dash and Caballeron were one the cover. The title of the book was 'The memories in the Rainbow'.
"SWEET!" Rainbow said as she grabbed the book to look at it more.
"Yep! She delivered it early and it has everything that's happen with your childhood and everything!" Twilight said.
Rainbow Dash was so happy, she flew in the air yelling "Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! OH MY GOSH!!"
Her and Twilight sat on her bed and started to read the book. But before reading was started, there was a note.
"What's that?" Rainbow ask.
It was from Daring Do:

'These memories were something I could never forget. And I will never forget you my daughter. I will always love you. Me and your father.
-DD'

Rainbow was surprised at the message. Is this the best book or what?!
"She asked me to give this to you personally." Twilight said. "I'm still waiting till they start selling the books."
Rainbow was so speechless. She grabbed the book and hugged it so happy. "Best. Book. EVER!!"
Twilight laughed of how happy her friend was. Apparently she wasn't the only one laughing.
They both heard it and it was behind Rainbow Dash. They looked back and saw outside the window, was the flying Alicorn princess, Luna. She smiled how they were happy and then flew of to Canterlot with her sister.
Rainbow and Twilight smiled as she was near. "Thank you princess Luna." Rainbow said.
Then the two mares started to read the new book made by the amazing Daring Do, mother of Rainbow Dash.
