Ed's POV
"Brother. What happened in the Colonel's office? Please. Tell me." Al pleaded. I shoved my hands into my pockets. "He was just being a Bastard. Like he usually is. Thats all." I responded. Al sighed. "Okay." He responded. I growled and saw that Al was busy speaking to someone. I took the opportunity to run off. I ran towards my secret area. Not even Al knew about it. I ran towards the pond that was surrounded by trees and nature. It helped calm me down. I tripped on something and fell. I sat up and hugged my knees close to him. I sighed. 'I really hate Mustang sometimes. But why did that particular short comment piss me off....? Or maybe its because Mustang is selfish. He doesn't even realize that I have to look after Alphonse.' "There you are Fullmetal." Mustang said. I growled lowly. "Leave me alone, bastard colonel." I replied. I stood up and had my back turned towards him. He walked towards me. He pulled me into a hug and sighed. "I have a job for you. If you wanna stay away from me that badly then go ahead and take the job. Hell. You can probably even clear out your head. Heres the information." He explained, putting a paper in my pocket. I nodded and pushed him away. "Whatever." I grumbled. "Just saying, don't ever expect a report that's on time. Got it? It's my business. Not yours." I said, turning away and walking back to Al. "Brother!" Al said happily, hugging me close. I smiled at him. "Let's go Al! I got a job from Mustang!" I said excitedly. He nodded. "Then lets go!" He responded. I nodded and we ran off. "What's the job Brother?" I looked at Al. "It says this alchemist it controling a town. The towns people are acting weirdly. Doesn't describe how but they are..." I responded. Al nodded. "Then we better go stop him." I nodded. "Yeah. We will."
