~~time skip one hour~~

I watched silently from behind a door as some endermen and skeletons walked past. I shot right out of there once the creatures were gone. I bolted to what I hoped to be the front door. I hid in the shadows as I saw Herobrine run through a hallway and right past me. I froze when he did. Once he was gone, I grabed the door handle and opened it just enough to escape.

I kept running through the cold, not caring if I froze to death. I finaly came to a clearing in the forest. One I didn't recodgnise. I heard Herobrine yelling behind me.

"Steve! What the hell are you diong!?" He had a worried expresion. He gasped. "Come back! It's not safe here!" He said. And that's when I heard it. A crack. A snap. I bolted to the other side. The ice started to crumble beneath me. When I was almost to the edge, I sliped. I tried to stand. I looked down in horror as the ice gave way beneath me.

"Help m-!" My cry was cut short as I sank to the botom. I shut my eyes. I could barley move. I felt ice start to form on me. I didn't know how to swim. I held my breath for as long as I could. I couldn't take it. I let out a breath and watched as the preacous air floated away. I lifted a hand slowly, trying to reach them. It was no use. My vision started to darken and I heard a splash. A dark shape came towards me.

I couldn't breath.

My body was numb.

My vision was black.

Was I dieing..?

If so, I apologise, Herobrine.

I'm...

Sorry...

I didn't care if I died. I swam towards the botom as fast as I could. I saw Steves shape and grabed his outstreached hand. I let out a bit of air as I draged him towards the surface. I hauled him out of the water first and formed a flame in my hand. I held it to his heart, but not too close. The ice started to melt and I gave out a relieved sigh as I noticed him breath. I teleported the both of us to my room.

I laid him on the bed and covered him up. He was shivering badly. When I put my hand to him, he was cold. I decided to try something. I went into my chest and took out a blaze rod. It was still prety hot. Not so much it could burn anything. It was still hot, though.

I put the blaze rod under Steves back and I heard him let out a moan. I looked at him and he was still shivering, but not as much. After a few minutes, his shivering reduced to just a few shudders every few seaconds. I realised that he and I were still wet. I carfuly took off his shirt and pants. I had no intention this time of... You know.

I took off my clothes as well and put dry ones on. I teleported to his house and grabed a pair of his clothes. His wolf looked at me. I pet her and thought that she might be hungry. I filler her food bowl and then teleported back to my room. I put his clothes on the bedside table and sat on the edge of the bed, waiting.

After a few hours, I was in my throne room. The mobs kept asking me about stuff like why I was in such a hurry. I made up lies, not wanting the mobs to attack Steve. I got tired. I went to my room to see Steve stil asleep.

I laid down next to him. Steve had rolled over in his sleep so he was facing me. He drew his hands to his chest and had his kneese pulled up a bit. He wasn't shivering anymore, so I tossed the blaze rod back in the open chest with perfect aim. I pulled the covers over me and draped my right arm over him and pulled him closer to me with my left hand.

I was...

Alive?

My eyes opened slowly. I saw a cyan cloth. I looked up and saw Herobrine had his arms wraped around me and was holding me close. He was looking down at me and smiled slightly. When I spoke, my voice was dry and scratchy.

"You... Saved... Me?" I asked slowly.

"Yes." He said. "I did." I was silent for a second. He was about to speak when I shut him up with a kiss. He was shocked at first, then leaned in deeper. When I broke away I mumbled a thankyou and nuzled to his chest.

"I love you, Steve." Herobrine said.

"I love you, too, Herobrine." I said quiet enough so he didn't hear.
