Like a newly added brick to our wall
that we have constructed
of our own free will
and from our love,
so too is this difference that I feel
as we have stepped over the barrier,
coming out ever strong.
Though not full of knowledge,
as in "I know it all."
And not child to woman,
as in "I am fully grown."
For there is much left to know
of a deeper feeling that is unforeseen,
leaving me something more complete,
as you are my love that runs deep
bringing a sensation that I wish to keep;
a complete realization that has altered me.
