William James Parker-who likes to be called Will-is a nine year old little boy. His mother died at childbirth and his father died in a car crash. He's always been very smart for his age and his nose is always in a book.
Now take the devastated, broken boy band, One Direction. After the loss of Lily, they aren't the same. Plagued by the constant feeling of loss and depression, the only thing keeping them going is the promise they made.
When the world-wide, British-Irish boy band adopts Will, they aren't the same. They're angrier and fiercer, more apt to lash out and hit than talk. Will has gotten over the fact that he killed his parents and now he must teach his new guardians the same trick. But Will first must learn how to approach people and understand how they work. He must understand that people aren't characters from a book and you can't predict life. Can they both accomplish what seems impossible?
