My brows met.

"Wait! So, hindi muna ako makakapasok?" tanong ko.

"Yes, Ate. Please! Please! Emergency lang! Wala yung co-model ko eh." sabi ni Maye.

Napa-face palm ako.

"Anong mag ba? Baka ma-feature agad ako ah! Ayoko pa naman ng mga paparazzi at autographs." sabi ko.

She looked at me. "Wow, Ate! Agad-agad?!" sabi ni Maye.

"Why? I'm beautiful enough, sis." sabi ko. I sipped on my coffee. "It's impossible, kung hindi agad ako mafi-feature." sabi ko.

"Yeah, yeah! But, Ate. I'll just remind you, this is a cosmopolitan magazine." sabi ni Maye.

Napintig ang pandinig ko.

"Cosmo?" tanong ko.

"Yes, Ate. Nandun si Ate Grace." sabi ni Maye.

I smirked. "I'm in." sabi ko.

"Good, I'll talk to my RM. Thanks, Ate!" she said and I just smiled.

"Grace! Look up!" sabi nung photographer habang kinukuhanan si Grace (Ate ni Monster).

Ako na ang susunod na kukuhanan, pagkatapos niya. Ang pina-suot sa akin ay pang-summer. It's the theme of this month issue kasi.

"Grace! Please, just keep your face fierce! Ugh!" sabi nung photographer.

Kumunot yung noo ni Grace.

"I'm the model, not you! Ako ang nahihirapan kaka-pose, hindi ikaw. Kung makautos ka, akala mo ang dali." sabi ni Grace.

Huh? Madali lang naman mag-fierce ah. *insert fierce look* (picture on the top).

"Excuse me? I'm the who takes pictures, Miss. Ako ang nahihirapan! Kung hindi ka makikipag-cooperate, you're free to leave in my studio. Now!" sabi nung photographer.

"Tsk! Why would I? I signed a contract!? Kaya kahit anong gawin mo, ako ang model sa magiging new magazine issue! No one but me!" sabi niya.

I 'tsked'. "Well, pinatawag ako ng Cosmo Company, Grace. Andito ako, pwede mo akong maging sub *smirk*." sabi ko habang naka-crossed arms.

"Wh--what!? Why--why are you here?! Are you freaking stupid girl?! Ba't ka andito?!" sabi niya.

"Hmm, because. They want me here, I guess?" sabi ko nang mapang-asar.

Tumingin yung photographer sa akin.

"Oh my gosh! Perfecto! You, wearing a white long sleeves! You're perfect to be our new model for the magazine." sabi nung photographer.

I smirked. "Thank you!" sabi ko.

"What?! No way! Ako lang! Ako lang ang model niyo! I signed for how many years!? Bakit yan!? Eh, trying hard maging maganda yan!" sabi ni Grace.

I glared at her. "I'm not pushing myself to be beautiful, because I know to myself that I'm 100% sure. I'm a goddess of beautifulness. You're no match for me." sabi ko.

She laughed. "Haha! Are you joking? You? A goddess? When pigs fly, maybe. Haha." sabi niya.

Naiinis na ako sa kan'ya. Argh!

"Hello Mrs. Reid, thank you for visiting the studio." sabi nung isang staff.

Tignan ko yung kausap niya. Mom??

"M-mom?" tanong ko.

"Oh, Neeya. Model ka din?" tanong ni Mom.

"Sub Model, Mom. Wait! Why are you here?" tanong ko.

"Me? Ako ang may ari ng Cosmopolitan Company, nak. Sinekreto ko lang sa Daddy mo, shh!" sabi ni Mom.

"H-huh? Meaning, model ka?" tanong ko.

"Several years ago.."

Flashback~

(Nadine's flashback)

"Maganda ka, sexy at modelo ang dating!" sabi ni Yassi.

"Not a good joke, Yas. Kailangan ko talaga nang libangan eh, ano bang pwedeng maging business?" tanong ko.

She hit me.

"Ouch!" reklamo ko.

"Kasasabing maganda ka at modelo ang dating mo eh!" sabi ni Yas.

"Oh? Anong connect nun?" tanong ko at umupo sa harap ng laptop ko.

"I mean, pwedekang magtayo ng company about modelling." sabi ni Yas.

"Ha?! Wag modelling, Yas! Magalit asawa ko, iba na lang!" sabi ko.

"Two options,--- kalimutan at iwan mo na si Top or fight for your love and stay together." sabi ni Yassi.

"Ano?! Diba si Audrey Dela Cruz ang nagsabi niyan kay Samantha? Bakit napunta yang topic dito?" tanong ko.

"Ha? Naalala ko lang yun, haha. Okay fine! You have two options!" sabi niya.

"Ano naman yun?" tanong ko.

"Tell James about this and you'll be a dead meat." sabi niya.

"Is that even an option?" tanong ko.

"Huy! Si Samantha nagsabi niyan ahh!" sabi niya.

"Psh! Ano second?" tanong ko.

"I-secret mo 'to." sabi niya.

"What? Without his permission?!" gulat kong tanong.

"In or not?" tanong niya.

"I'm in." sabi ko.

"So, ayun nga." sabi ni Mom.

"Ikaw? Ikaw ang may ari ng Cosmo Company?!" gulat na tanong ni Grace.

"Yes I am, I'm sorry Miss Loyzaga. But, I tear the contract apart, my bad. I'm so clumsy, I guess." sabi ni Mom.

"Wh--what?! Baka naman na pa photo copy mo yun? Diba?! Diba?!" sabi niya.

"Sad to say, no." sabi ni Mom at ngumiti sa akin.

"What?!? I have a full experience about modelling!? Bakit niyo ako iaalis dito?!" sabi niya.

Mom looked at her. "It's not about experience, it's about how you love and care about your career modelling." sabi ni Mom.

She's pissed, so she called someon on the phone.

"Nicolo, call my lawyer." sabi niya.
