"Illisonist! Healer!" Steve yelled as the robot wave began to die down; Thor, Tony and Vision all attacking one of the main bodies of Ultron. Bethany and Deanna snapped their heads towards the super soldier, their hands still interlocked and eyes wide from the scene before them.

"We need to get you somewhere safe lets go!" The blonde male ordered, holding out a large hand towards the small children.

"But we wanna help!" Deanna protested, her small voice just audible above the noise. Steve looked at the blonde and raised an eyebrow, allowing her to have her small temper tantrum. Bethany sighed slightly as her hand was tugged, the blonde throwing her arms around as she complained.

"Deanna!" Someone snapped, causing the girl to stop and Bethany to look up. Tony stood behind the girls, his mask slid up and a a small frown on his face. The blonde instantly shrunk into Bethany slightly at the stern gaze the billionaire was giving her.

"Come on." Steve said again, reaching forward and picking up Deanna, already got knowing she would kick off once she was out of sight of Tony. Bethany allowed her hand to be held by the super solider and followed him closely, avoiding the carnage around her.

After a few minuets Steve placed Deanna down next to her friend and knelt down in front of the two. "Now don't move from here unless the building starts coming down. Try not to use your powers since you both look a little tired. Someone will be back for you soon."

Steve placed a gently kiss to both girls heads before taking off and joining the fight once more. Grumbling slightly Deanna sat herself on the cold concrete floor, laying back and staring at the ceiling. Bethany also sat down, her eyes trained in front of her and ears listening to the battle outside.

"We should be helping." Deanna spoke again, her eyes closing and face screwed up. "They've had to save us it's the least we can do."

"The best thing now is to listen to Steve and Tony." Bethany replied, trying her head to face the blonde beside her. "Remember? Respect your elders and listen to what they say?" A snort sounded from behind the girls followed by a male voice.

"Elders is defiantly the right term."

"Speedy." Bethany smiled. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to take you to S.H.E.I.L.D." The male replied, coming out from the shadows and standing by the two young girls.

"B-but S.H.E.I.L.D isn't here?" Deanna said, sitting up and frowning. Chuckling deeply Pietro scooped up the pair and raced towards the edge of the flying city. The two girls squealed slightly at the rushing air around them, giggling soon followed after their screams.

When Pietro finally stopped he placed Bethany and Deanna down on one of the smaller flying fortresses Fury had sent to collect the citizens of the flying town. "Now stay here and don't move." Pietro instructed gently. "We'll be back." Kissing the girls heads the speedster disappeared from sight.

Bethany fixed her full fringe after the gust of wind following Pietro hit her while Deanna dusted off her dirty jacket. "Everyone's repeating the same thing." The brunette said, as Deanna climbed up on top of one of the supply boxes, getting a better look out on the destroyed city.

Holding her hand out Deanna tugged Bethany up as well, just as Clint appeared helping an older woman onto the mini Flying Fortress. The group stayed silent until the woman Clint had helped yelled out "My baby! I've lost my little boy!" Clint, Deanna and Bethany all snapped their heads to the city.

Lying next to a crumbling building lay a young boy, a little older than Bethany and Deanna. He didn't seem to be moving much but that didn't stop Clint taking off towards him. The two young girls called after the archer and scrambled down, ready to take off after him.

As Agent Barton picked up the young boy bullets began raining down, a helicopter hovering not to far away. The two girls screamed for the male and began running towards him, however a blue and silver light beat them to it, just as the bullets hit the spot where the archer and boy were once standing.

"Pietro!" Bethany and Deanna screamed, watching as the silver/white haired male fell heavily to the floor.
