"Yes!" I immediately started crying and so did he.
We both grabbed each other and pulled each other in for a hug. It was the biggest hug I had ever given anybody.
After a few moments, we pulled away. I knew that my birth parents were going to be heartbroken by my decision, however I had to do what I wanted, not what they wanted.
"I'm sorry, but I just can't forgive you like that," I explained.
"We love you!" Topanga cried.
"Yeah, doesn't that mean anything to you?" Cory asked.
"I'm sorry." I responded.
"So, you're just leaving me too?" Asked Auggie. He was now in tears, just like the rest of us.
"I just can't come home," I told him.
"So, I get punished?" Auggie screamed.
"Punished? Auggie, what are you talking about?" I was confused.
"I get stuck with them. Are you forgetting something? I haven't forgave them either." He remained me. I felt so bad.
"Auggie, you don't have to go home." Uncle Shawn said.
Suddenly Auggie's face lit up. "What do you mean?" He squealed.
"I have some good news for you. In fact, I also have some good news for you too, Maya!' Uncle Shawn smiled.
