"They don't look too good", a familiar yet distant voice rung in Jason's ears. He felt his eyelids shut and heavy. Something bright made him cringe as he groaned. Jason struggled to open his eyes and his head moved from side to side. He felt groggy and drowsy, like struggling to wake up from a good night's sleep. Jason tried to sit up, only that he felt like he weighed tons instead of his usual weight.

"He's waking up!", the voice yelled a little too loud, making his head pound. Again, he groaned. Finally, his eyes pried open and the first thing they saw was James. His face was only inches away, James's eyes full of concern and confusion.

"Wake up, dude", he demanded, smacking the side of his head.

Jason hissed and sat up. He was in a place he'd never been in yet he recognized. Avengers Tower.

"What the hell happened?", he asked. His teammates, the other next avengers, passed out cold on the other couches. The only ones standing were Luke and James.

That night, Torunn had a weird dream. Very weird dream.

"Finish them", a distant voice whispered. It sounded faint and tired, like a low whistle getting lost in the loud howls of the harsh winds. "Finish them, Torunn", it whispered again. She couldn't see a thing. Her breathing became shallow and hard, her head jerking from side to side. Sweat began to gather at the sides of her face. "Finish them!", the voice yelled now. "Now! Do it now!", the volume pierced her eardrums. Torunn didn't know what came over her. The voice! It sounded familiar! "FINISH THEM YOU FOOL", it shouted.
