TMNT Fanfiction: I Will Protect My Brothers, At Any Cost

Leo's P.O.V.

I watch as Donnie and Mikey drag Raph away. I didn't want it to come to this, but I had no choice. We were loosing and Raph and Mikey were hurt. What else could I do? I turn back and face the Shredder. I get back into my fighting stance.

"Foolish turtle, now you have no back up. Who will stop me from killing you?" Shredder ask. I don't say a word, I just glare at him and hold my stance. "Very well turtle."

Shredder attacks, I do a backflip to dodge it. When I land, I round house kick Shredders back. We go on like this for awhile. Things aren't looking good for me. There is now way I can win this fight, but I have to try.

I'm out of breath, there's not many more moves I can think of. Shredder throws me against a wall, then puts his Tekko-kagi to where it is around my throat. I have no escape.

"You have lost turtle." Shredder says. "You have sacrificed your self for your brothers. A nobel act, but a foolish one for you."

"I will protect my brothers, at any cost." I say.

"Foolish turtle." That's the last thing I hear before I am hit and everything goes black.

5 hours later

My eyes shoot open. I look around, I thought it was a dream but no, everything that happened was real. I and in what looks like a cell. My hands are in tight chains behind my back and I am sitting on the floor. I don't know how long its been. My question is, why didn't Shredder just go ahead and kill me? He had the chance, why didn't he take it?

I look to see if I have any of my gear, which I know I probably don't. My twin katanas are actually right outside of my cell. Then I remember, my phone! If Shredder gets that he will know exactly where my brothers are. I twist and look down at my belt, my phone is still there. My phone is probably the only way my brothers could track me, but it is also the only for sure way Shredder can find them.

"T-phone self-destruct." I say, my phone blows up on my side. That might have been my only chance for my brothers to know where I was, but oh well they will figure something out. They are always determined in everything, we all are.

I hear someone coming, slow foot steps, a heavy walk, metal, it's the Shredder. He opens the door to my cell and steps in. I don't say I word, I just glare.

"I bet you are wondering why you are alive." Shredder says. I still stay quiet. "Well, it's because I need information from you. And if I didn't, believe me, your pathetic life would have ended hours ago." Shredder take a step forward. "Where is Hamato Yoshi."

I don't say anything. He will never get information out of me! Shredder steps closer, leans down, and gets in my face.

"I will only ask one more time turtle, where is Hamato Yoshi?!" Shredder yells.

I look up and spit in Shredders eyes. Shredder jumps back and rubs his eyes.

"You will never find them!" I yell.

"Your actions will not end well for you turtle." Shredder say, he raises a fist, I brace myself, he hits my hard on the left side of my head. I open my eyes, I can taste blood. "Pathetic turtle." Shredder says, he kicks me in the stomach then turns to leave, but he stops at the door. "We will try this again tomorrow."

I don't care what I go through. I will protect my family. At any cost.

Author's note: A Tekko-kagi is Shredder's hand weapon, as shown in the picture. I looked it up.
