Desisions part 3

Abby's pov://

"You look beautiful." Jack said as I approached him.

"Thank you not to bad yourself." I blushed and looked away. "Where are we going?" I asked.

"Surprise but I got a rental car so we don't need a taxi now." He chuckled.

"Why can't you just tell me?" I whined.

"I mean you're cute but it's still a surprise." Jack said opening the door for me.

I made a pouty face and got in and he shut it and went around to his side.

"Is your hair different?" I asked as we were driving.

"Yeah. Just got it cut. You like?" He asked.

"Yeah. I like it a lot." I blushed and looked out the window.

I felt a warm hand on my knee and looked over at Jack. He looked so adorable sitting there smirking.

"Can I tell you something?" He asked.

"Yeah anything." I said and turned my attention from the scenery to him.

"I've known who you were for a while actually. I kind of have always stalked your Twitter." He said and looked embarrassed.

"Aw. Whoah. I didn't even know. That's so cute!" I said as he blushed slightly. "Did the Jack Johnson just blush?" I joked.

"Yeah I guess I did." He admitted.

"Are we almost there?" I whined.

"Yeah. Here put this around your eyes." He said and handed me a bandana.

"Okay I'm hoping you aren't gonna murder me now." I joked and put the bandana around my eyes.

"Can you see?" He asked.

"Nope."

"Good." He said before the car stopped. "Just stay right there." He said.

I heard my door open and he reached around and unbuckled me and helped me out.

"Okay I'll guide you." He said.

"Okay. You better not let me fall or run into something." I threatened.

"I would never let anything happen to you." He said and we started walking. He had his hands on my waist guiding me. His touch sent shivers down my spine.

"Okay and now you can take it off." He said and let go of me sadly.

I took the bandana off and marveled at the scene in front of me. It was the rock where he took me overlooking the city. There was a picnic blanket and basket and lights and wow. It looks amazing.

"This is beautiful Jack." I said taking in my surroundings.

"Beautiful place for a beautiful girl." He said smoothly making me blush.

"Thank you Jack this is amazing." I turned towards him smiling big.

"I had to do something special for you." He said. "You hungry?" He asked.

"When am I not?" I replied.

He chuckled and took my hand and led me to the big rock with the basket and blanket and we sat down. He opened the basket and pulled out sandwiches and lemonade.

"Sorry. I'm not much of a cook." He said.

"No it's perfect." I smiled and started eating.

We finished eating and watched the sunset. It was beautiful.

"Abby. I- I really like you. A lot." He stuttered.

"Jack. I like you a lot too." I said and he sighed in releif.

"Thank god." He said and put a hand on my cheek and leaned in to kiss me.

"Wait." I said and pulled away. "Jack I don't want to fall for you when I'm leaving tomorrow and I won't see you again for lord knows how long." I said.

"Abby. I already fell for you." Was his reply and I pulled him towards me and kissed him.

He pulled me closer with his free arm and kept the other cupping my cheek. His tongue slid across my bottom lip asking for entrance and I parted my lips slightly allowing it. I brought my hands on the back of his neck as our lips moved perfectly in sinc. He pulled me into his lap and kept his arms around my waist. I pushed him back so I was on top of him without breaking the kiss. He then flipped us over so he was on top propping himself up with his elbows. He pulled away and looked into my eyes with his beautiful blue ones.

"I- I love you Abby." He said.

"I love you too Jack." I smiled and pecked his lips before he rolled off of me and we sat up.

He put an arm around my waist as I laid my head on his shoulder and intertwined our fingers.

"I don't want to leave you tomorrow." I sighed.

"I don't want you to leave either. We can make this work. We can call text FaceTime. Anything for you. Will you be my girlfriend Abby?" He asked.

"Yes." I smiled and kissed him softly for a few seconds.

"We should probably get back." He said as we stood up. He picked up everything and put it in the car and we started driving back to the hotel. He walked my up to my room.

He took my hand and looked me in the eyes.

"I'll see you tomorrow before you leave. Okay."He whispered.

"Okay." I sighed and he kissed me for a few seconds before we pulled away.

"I love you." He whispered in my ear.

"I love you too." I replied before he left and I went inside seeing Hayes standing in the doorway with his arms crossed.

"He didn't ask for permission." He said sternly.

"Hayes. It's okay. He can ask tomorrow if you want." I said shutting the door.

"Fine I guess. I have to give him the talk though. You are like my sister he can't hurt you." He said.

"Okay. That's fine. Thank you for protecting me." I unfolded his arms and hugged him.

He hugged me back and whispered " you have to tell Daniel now."

"Ugh. Okay. I'll be back later." I said and pulled away and headed to Daniels room.

I took a deep breath and knocked on his door. He answered it laughing with Dylan.

"Can I talk to you for a sec?" I asked and he nodded coming out in the hallway.

"You choose?" He asked.

"Yes.... I chose Jack." I said and looked down.

"What! Why?" He said upset.

"He treats me like a princess. He cares about me. You. You hurt me. Big time Daniel." I said and his eyes were filled with pain and guilt.

"Fine then." He took a deep breath and walked back into his room slamming the door leaving me in the lonesome hallway.

I didn't want this to happen. I want him to be my best friend again. I sighed and walked back to my room.
