|Currently in the Oven| Home Made Vegan Pizza

•Ingredients:

For the dough Unbleached or All purpose flour 2 ½ cups Coconut milk or Non fat Milk ¾ cup Olive oil or Butter (melted) 3-4 tbsp 1tbsp garlic powder 1tbsp dry Basil Leaves whole Pinch of Salt 1 tsp yeast

•Toppings: Tomato sauce/Tomato Ketchup
Cream Cheese Sliced button Mushroom Green and Black Olives Zucchini sliced thinly Green Bell Peppers sliced thinly White Onions sliced thinly Quickmelt cheese or Mozzarella

•Sprinkles: Basil Leaves Garlic powder Cayenne pepper powder Rosemary/thyme leaves

•How to make the dough
Warm the coconut milk/non fat milk also melt the butter.
Put the flour in a bowl and mix the the remaining Ingredients. Knead for 6 to 8 minutes on a lightly floured surface, or until smooth. Place dough in a well oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and set aside to rise. Let it rise 1 hour, until the dough has doubled in volume. If you want the dough better prepare the dough and let it rise overnight.
Divide the dough into two. Roll each half into a ball and let rest in two separate bowls lightly covered for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes prepare your toppings
Preheat oven 150c-180c and baked it for 30-45 minutes depending on how crunchy you want your pizza crust to be.
