Ingredients:
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp of dry basil leaves
1 slide of salmon fish cut into cubes
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
1 spoonful of butterProcedure:
For the sauce
Stir together 4 tbsp soy, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp of dry basil leaves in a small bowlMarinade salmon for 15-20 minutes on the sauce
Separate the salmon to fry.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook the salmon in the butter until browned and flaky, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Separate the salmon
In the same skillet put remaining sauce for 45 seconds. Use as sauce for salmon.
