Potato Vegetable Pizza with Mozzarella and Parmesan Recipe🍕🍕🍕
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes
Zucchini
White Onions
Button Mushroom
Tomato Sauce
Parmesan grated
Mozzarella Slices
Sage ground
Coriander Ground
Salt and PepperProcedure:
Boil 2 Large size potatoes (skin on) for 5 minutes.Sliced potatoes to your desired thickness.
Arrange Potato slices on prepared pan.
In medium heat cook potatoes until its well done. Add tomato sauce, zucchini slices, mushrooms, and onions.Topped and sprinkle with ground sage, coriander, grated parmesan and mozzarella.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake at 200c for 15 minutes until potatoes are crisp on the sides.
Season with additional grated parmesan for added flavor.
