Ingredients:
Ground Chicken 1/4
Minced garlic 2 cloves
Minced bell pepper (1 medium size)
Taco Seasoning powder
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Corncups 2-3 pcs
Lettuce shredded
2 onions mincedPreparation:
Pre heat oven and reheat corn cups for 5 minutes at 80c.
Sauté garlic and bell pepper then add ground chicken. Add taco seasoning and oyster sauce.
Let it simmer.
Prepare shredded lettuce, onions and tomatoes for toppings.
Best served with tomato salsa, garlic mayo or barbecue sauce.
