Pad Thai Recipe

Preparation: Soften the noodles for 10 minutes. Soak them in cold water.

Ingredients:
Pad Thai rice stick
Pad Thai sauce
Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp
Peeled or halves prawns
Squid sliced thinly
Small diced bean curd
Sliced spring onions
Minced garlic
1tsp garlic paste
Bean sprouts
Ground peanuts
Quarter of fresh lime squeezed on top
2 eggs
Vegetable oil (I prefer Canola Oil)

Procedure:
Use the vegetable oil in a frying pan then add the garlic and wait until fragrant.

Add the prawns the squid and fried bean curd, stir fry until cooked. Add thai rice sticks, eggs, thai pad sauce, and tamarind paste. Keep stirring then add bean sprouts and spring onion and toss to mix well. Turn the heat off.

Garnish with ground peanut and squeezed a lime on too before serving.
