I was laid in bed dreading the thought of school tomorrow when i noticed a small flicker- like the light reflecting off of metal. I squint my eyes towards the shimmer and then i see an out line of a person. Someone step forward out of the darkness only to reveal the one and only Derek. I swear a few times under my breath
"We need to speak" he says in a harsh whisper
"Sure because its okay to appear in two girls' bedroom at-" i glance at the clock "-at flippin three in the morning and demand to speak to one"
"Blue get up" he says boredly
"I am not buying this whole i can kill you thing going on" i say with arm movements
"Your so much like Stiles" he mutters before stepping closer to the bed and whispering,
"Stand up ,before i get my little were wolf claws and gouge out your little human eyes" he spits as i shakily stand up from the bed in just a tshirt and tight shorts
"Someones not happy" i mutter leaving Lydia alone in the bed and following Derek out the bedroom door
"What?" I ask sassily putting my hand on my hip
"What do you mean what? You beat up a few guys trying to kill us last time i saw you!" He says exasperated
"And?" I say rubbing my eyes tierdly
"And? AND?!" Dereks head began to turn a shade of red
"Shut up , shes asleep in there" i say sharply and he closes his eyes probably to regain saneness "is there a reason your here , Derek 'cos i really cant be arsed" i moan slapping my hand against the wall
"Actually, aside from the whole ninja crap you did, i was going to ask you a favour" he says suddenly calmer than before
"Yeah go ahead , i'll do a favour for a random person who has been watching me sleep. DO YOU KNOW HOW CREEPY THAT IS?" I whisper/shout sarcatically at him
"I have a sister. She was adopted out at a young age and now shes coming back, obviously she has no other family but me so i want to make a good impression-" he stammers
"Yeah , you show her how much of a good big brother you are by eating her on a full moon" i say sarcastically ... again
"I dont want her to find out about this about me shes only fourteen" he looks down at his feet
"So she isnt a werewolf?" I ask completly blown away that a Hale - yes i had done my research on them- wasnt a werewolf
"Thats the reason my mum adopted her out but now shes back and i thought that you were the perfect person to show her beacon hills ... you know forgetting about the wolf drama"
"And why me?" I ask
"Because your so sarcastic you could cover up any lie with some sort of pun or something ... it was either you or Stiles and Scott decided Stiles could not be trusted with a child."
"Good choice" i mumble wiping my fave with my hands "so.. quickly give me details so i can go back to bed" i grumpily say
"Skye is coming early in the morning ill drop her round here before school starts , okay?" He says stearnly
"Yeah yeah... okay" i groggily say
"Night Blue" he says
"Night Derry" i manage before flopping on the bed and engulfing myself in the pillows .
Wait- did i just call Derek , Derry?
I fell asleep laughing to myself

I roll over an whack my head against the bedside cabinate waking me instantly from my sleep. Lydia was still asleep but i could hear a persistant knock. I glance at the clock and notice we were late. Suddenly it strikes me that Derek was supposed to be dropping off his sister- thats when i heard the knock again and I was quick to realise they were waiting for me to open up the door. I throw the neerest thing to me which was one of Lydias pink slippers at Lydia herself. It slaps her cheek and she shoots forward quickly noticing the time and scrambling to the door behind me
