3 Months Later

Every since that shit happened nothing has been the same.

Freddy got 18 years in prison,Toya lived and she got 6 years.Sheron was ok but she moved to Atlanta with her baby's father.

I been paranoid as fuck,I don't eat and everytime I dont to sleep I have a nightmare that im back in that fucking basement again.Chris has been great and very helpful,I love him so much and im happy I got him by my side.I let Mama J keep Caylee until I get better,They visit every week and I do miss my lil bug.

I was sitting on the couch wrapped up in a cover watching tv while Chris was upstairs sleep.I dozed off for a lil bit and when I woke up it was 4.I got up and went to the kitchen to get some water,When I came back Chris was laying in my spot sleep,I tapped him

"Chris get up"My soft voice said,he opened his eyes and smiled

"Lay with me"He raised up the cover,I smiled and layed on top of him

"Chris"

"Yea"

"I know things haven't been the same but im just scared"I said about to cry,he sighed

"Camil you have nothing to be scared of"

"Im scared of losing you"i began to cry,He held me tighter

"Camil you will never lose me no matter what and i promise"I looked up at him and smiled,He gave me a kiss and i layed my head on his chest and went to sleep peacefully.

Chris Pov

Its been a while since Camil let me hold her like this and it feels good.She is the strongest woman I know,to have to go through all this shit in one year and still stay strong is just incredible, I think our relationship need to be worked on a lil more.I love Camil with all my heart and soul and always will but I think we need a lil time away from each other to think things out.

When I woke up Camil was sitting in the at the living room table in the chair.I got up and walked over to her and kissed her on the head.

"You ok bae"She looked at me and her eyes were red

"Yea im good"She took a sip of her tea,I sat across from her

"Camil we need to talk"

"About what"I help her hand

"I think we should spend a lil time apart"She sighed

"Why"

"Just to give each other a break,You can go on vacation or whatever you want"She shook her head

"Ok if you think its whats best"I smiled

"So you not mad"

"No this is what we need"She gave me a kiss and sat on my lap

"So when should we do this"She shrugged

"How about a few days from now"

"Why not today"

"Damn I cant spend time with my husband"She said smiling

"Of course you can baby"I gave her a kiss on the cheek,she put her arms around my neck and faced her whole body towards me

As I looked into her eyes I could see she was trying to cover the pain they held.When she noticed I was looking she looked down,I lifed her head up.

"Whats wrong"She smiled

"Nothing"I rubbed her cheek with my thumb

"I just don't feel safe anymore"
