{SoonHee's POV}
"When are you able to-"
"I'll set up the plans and stuff tomorrow, but after my shift I have to go and do something. Then, I'll have to go the diner to do a night shift", I interrupt to tell him. He raises his eyebrows in interest and his aura reeks of curiosity.
"What are you going to be doing?" He asks me and I bite the inside of my cheek.
Should I tell him? Will he think of me as being pathetic?
"Eh. I'll tell you later", I say and he groans.
"But now I'm even more curious!" He exclaims and I smirk as I look down at the almost completely clean countertop. I've almost finished cleaning the entire slab of marble.
"Can I go with you?" He asks me and I nearly gasp out loud in shock.
"Uh... I guess?" I mutter too calmly as I slowly continue to wash the counter once again, trying to rid the marble of its germs and stains.
"Cool! What time does your shift end?" He asks me as he rests his elbows on the counter I've been wiping down. I huff in annoyance and glance at my wrist watch.
"Pretty soon, actually. Did you want to go do something and then come back or-"
"I'll wait here for ya", he cuts me off with a small smile and I raise my eyebrow.
"No photo shoots today?" I ask him and he shakes his head.
"Nope. I'm free for today", he says and all of a sudden a teenage girl, around the age of 17 I assume, tugs on JongJin's sleeve.
"Um.. Excuse me?" She says in a meek voice. JongJin turns around and looks down at the girl.
"Are you Won Jong Jin from this?" The girl asks him as she hands him the fashion magazine while pointing at a picture of JongJin posing on the front page. A slow smile appears on his facial features and he nods.
"Yep, that's me", he says and she shines her perfectly whites towards him.
"I knew it!! My friends at the table over there wouldn't believe me", she says as she extends her finger towards the group of girls who are eyeing JongJin suspiciously. "Do you think you can go over real quick and tell them you're the Won Jong Jin from this magazine please? I'm sorry to bother you and I know you're probably really busy at the moment", the girl says shyly and he grins in response.
"Of course", he says to her and he looks over at me. "I'll be back in a few", he says with a wink and I roll my eyes at his playful gesture. He then turns around and walks with the girl towards the table of other teenage girls.
From my point of view, I can see him talking and explaining to the girls (most likely that he is the one and only Won JongJin from the articles). They practically squeal from excitement, asking him questions I assume and he nods his head with a small laugh. He walks over between the group of girls and one of them extends their phone in front of them to take a group selfie with him. He smirks as they take the picture and he finally leaves the group with a last wave of a goodbye.
"I feel special to know that I've been recognized", JongJin says happily as he approaches me. I laugh and roll my eyes once again.
"Anyways, seriously when does your shift end?", he asks me and I shrug.
"In about an hour."
"Cool! I shall wait for you. Want me to help with anything?" He says and I shake my head.
"It's alright. I got it", I tell him as I put the towel away. I hear my coworker yell for help with the dishes towards the further end of the cafe and I take that as my cue to leave. JongJin hears it too, because he nods and moves away from the counter to get an empty table where he can sit down.
