Dubble Wabble Wybble Twabble Twubble
If you double a drabble
you'll cause twice the trubble
though try not to mix up your styles
'Cos there's some trubble with twabbles
and even with tribbles
so keep things in separate piles
If you're beginning to wobble
mixing drabbles and twabbles
and tribbles are eating your files
we'll get through the curfuddle
we'll invent a new “wabble”
and then, well, we'll all be all smiles

based on a conversation with the estimable Jing Jing at HQ in trying to invent a new style pertinent only to wattpad. With the premise that a drabble is a 100 words, a twabble is 100 characters and we need a Wattpad thingy. Wabble came up for some reason.
Perhaps it could be 100 syllables? In which case maybe we should call it a wybble (not to be confused with ‘wubble’ or possibly ‘wibble’ that Blackadder uses in Series 4 to try and dodge going ‘over the top’ in the trenches.
If you don’t know what I’m on about, Google it. One of the best British Comedies ever made and with a beautifully crafted ending in the last episode.
