Chapter 5: Breakfast as it is...

Hermione's POV

After changing I went to the common room and waited for Draco.

'Hey love.'

'Hello to you too Draco.'

He kissed me on the lips once he was closer.

'Let's get to breakfast.'

We walked out of the common room holding hands.

As we approach the great hall, students were already giving us some looks.

Some were already whispering about us.

As we approach the last corner before the hall I felt his hands tremble.

'Draco why are you trembling?'

'I just don't want your friends to not like me because of what happened in the past.'

I smiled at the thought of him being sincere about his apology yesterday.
I kissed him on his lips making everyone around us gasp.

'Don't worry love, they have already forgiven you except for one.'

Suddenly his eyes turn black at the moment.

Panic run through my veins remembering the events last night.
I kissed him again to calm him.

'Don't hurt him Draco, I know he has given me pain last night but you were by my side and that is all that matters. Okay?'

He sighed.

'I love you and let's get to breakfast.'

'I love you too Mione.'

We then walked toward the noisy dining hall silencing it as everyone stare at our entwined fingers while walking towards the Gryffindor table.

Everyone was still having their aftershock faces until we both sat next to a shock Harry and Ginny and in front of us is Ron still not aware of what is happening.

'Good morning Harry and Ginny.'

'Morning Mione.' - Ginny

'Mind if he sits with us for a moment?'

'No problem. Right Harry?' - Ginny

'Uhh Yeah. Anyway morning to you too Mione. You have got a surprise here.' - Harry

'I know right. Anyway I wanted you guys to meet my boyfriend.'

Becoming interested in the conversation, Ron glance up to meet me and Draco sitting in front of him eating our breakfast.

'What is the enemy doing in our table?' - Ron

Draco slightly cringe after hearing the word enemy.

'He is not an enemy, he's my boyfriend besides he just wanna sit next to me and get to know my friends.'

'I should just eat at the Slytherin table.' - Draco

I immediately grab his arm as soon as he was about to stand up.

'Stay here with me my love.'

He sighed again.

'If that is what makes you happy.' - Draco

Ron angrily stomped away from the table.

'We are going to have a talk later Hermione.' - Ginny

'So Draco, after apologizing to us yesterday I thought that we should all hangout and be friends.' - Harry

'Splendid idea Harry. Would you like that Draco?'

'I love it.' - Draco

'And I love you.'

'I love you too.' - Draco

'We already get the idea that you two are dating so don't provoke us to kiss in front of you two.' - Ginny

'We don't mind.' - Harry and I said in unison causing us to laugh. Soon enough Ginny and Draco joined.

Ginny and I did have a conversation later that day at herbology.

She kind of freaked out about the veela thing but that didn't stop her from squealing.

We hang out with Harry and Ginny a lot.

I can see Draco having fun with us.

At the moment Ron always avoids us whenever we were in the same room.

But all is well.
